Had Rob and Darian come out to repair a broken spring. They were early for the appointment after calling to confirm i was home. Pricing and repairs were fully explained and the job was completed in a timely manner. Overall good experience. Will use PGD again.

I just had a new unit installed. The price was fair. This 5 star review is due mostly to the technician that did my installation. His name was ShaRaad. He called on this way and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about the units and was able to answer all of my questions. He was very thorough in his explanations and did the installation quickly. ShaRaad was friendly and professional.

Grade A service. Were able to come out real quick, showed up at the beginning of the appointment time frame(most companies show up late), and did an awesome job in a short time. Everything was fixed with great customer service. Will definitely be a return customer. Thanks again guys

Outstanding Customer Service! The garage door technician who came to our house (can't remember his name) was very professional and courteous. He explained everything in detail to me and showed me different options to choose from. I selected the $129.00 option which replaced all my metal rollers with nylon ones, greased the door and hinges, and fixed my problem with the garage door only closing halfway. The work was incredible. I would definitely all Precision Door Service again for any related garage door issues.

I recently had Jason B. Check my garage door. He found the problem right away. The wire to the cable was not working. He stated due to insuarnce purpsoes they could not g into the attack. So he ran a new wire inside the garage. He did a great job. He also stated that I needed a new spring. I advised him that is a new spring. He stated they put the wrong spring on there. I contacted the company who had replaced the spring. They put the same sping that the builder put in when the house was built. Either way. He was still a nice guy and very polite, friendly and professional. He got the remote working again. The price was reasonable. So I will probably use them again. I give him five stars.

5Star for sure. Broken cable and springs on garage door. Called today at 1:00 pm. Door technician Rob arrived 3:15pm and repaired door. Installation took 2 hours. Rob was great. Took time to go over operation of door. Would definitely recommend this company. I’m sure all technicians are good but ask for Rob.

Do you know what it's like to hear this loud bang at 10:30 pm coming from your garage , only to find out that the spring has broken on your garage door, and its 3 days before Christmas !! I called first thing the next morning to your company and from the call to the lady in the office to the time the service tech got to the house was only a couple of hours . I could not have asked for better service from all involved . Nobody likes a big bill right before Christmas , but the tech did all he could to make it as painless as possible . I think the tech's name was David and was the best. He was super polite and very quick in doing the job. He certainly took some of the worry out of the weekend. Thank you all for everything and Merry Christmas .

My experience with the Precision Technician, ShaRaad, we excellent. He called in advance and was on site within the time promised. He diagnosed the problem quickly and presented the options. I was able to get a fair price. ShaRaad explained all the features and the new Garage Door Opener (on his truck) was installed and working in a short time. ShaRaad was very pleasant and professional. I was surprised how quiet the new Belt Drive was. The unit also comes with many great features.

Jason did a good job explaining that I did not need the $99 noisy garage door deal. New springs, rollers, ect for $640 would suit me better. Then the $39 service charge? Seemed inappropriate but I paid anyway. This was not really a service call, just a response to your ad to solve my noisy garage door problem. I don't charge to go see someone to tell them what there house is worth and what the cost to sell might be. Estimate should have been free. Russ Wood

Customer service is extremely professional. The technician, Jay B., was very prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. A complete overhaul of my garage door in under 45 minutes! Springs, center bearings, drums, cable and rollers all replaced. Best service I could expect. And, he imparted on me the importance of an annual servicing to prevent future down time of the door. I will take that advice.

a new name for your company should be " SUPERIOR GARAGE DOOR SERVICE " WOW ....... i had difficulty with my garage door opener a couple months back a a friend told me about precision garage doors. it was great advice ............ the two technicians gave me various options and suggestions. i opted for a repair of my old opener. the two were very kind. they both suggested a new opener and i wish i had taken their advice. i experienced difficulty again and "GARRET" responded and he happened to be one of the original technicians from my prior service. he installed my new garage door opener today and explained everything ! he is a kind gentleman and know his business. it seems that i have delt with kind / knowledgeable professionals at every level including my initial call to your company to the kind professional doing a follow -up quality control call. please convey my sincere appreciation to "GARRET" and every one on your team. with true respect and appreciation, "RICH"
