Corey did a pretty good job. He explained things pretty well. When he was at the house showing me the door going up and down it made a slight noise he said what is wrong and the noise went away. After the door set away I opened the garage door and the door jerked and scared me when it opened. You can see the door needs adjusted a little. Need Corey or someone to come back and adjust the door. It does it after the door has set awhile. It will not do it when you open the door right away. Please come back and adjust my garage door

I was asked to complete a survey before my garage door was replaced. So the only thing I can comment on at this time is the experience during the estimate and sale process. The experience was excellent. The representative was courteous, knowledgeable , and very professional. The cost estimate is fair and reasonable. The Technician, Chris Green, very knowledgeable and curious. He started off with exam of the system which was 4 years old and installed by precision and then showed me what needed attention. I already knew the spring system would need adjustment having gone through this procedure previously. Replaced what needed to be replace at reasonable cost. I know to lube the trolley system, have not done this for 2 years. He informed me of a yearly maintenance plan that will perform that service for me at a reasonable price. I have made referral to people in the past regarding Precision Garage door service.
