technicians are friendly and helpful. they did a professional job and the product is definitely the best. my only concern was that no told me that during installation, the technicians would have to cut into my aluminum siding frame and they left a rough edge on the frame and left wood edge exposed to elements. a small additional cost to call to my handyman to cover the wood and fix the rough edges was necessary. overall good job

My 30 year old steel garage door had a broken spring. I called first thing in the morning to setup an appointment. I was surprised to be able to get an appointment the same day. As the morning went on I received calls to inform me of delays that were occurring with the service technician. I welcomed these calls so I could run a few errands instead of sitting at home. When the service technician, Bryan Hewlston, arrived he went right to work evaluating the door and recommended and door refurbishment. Bryan did a great and efficient job, he is friendly and easy to talk with. He completely explained what he did and what I could expect.. My door now operates correctly and is quieter than it has been in years. I highly recommend your company

I had an emergency issue with my garage door opener--the bolts came loose from the ceiling and it was hanging by a single bolt!. I called Precision in a panic & the scheduling agent was so calming & efficient. I was amazed to find a technician at my door in less than an hour!! Rich was a total professional, and not only fixed the problem but performed a safety inspection. I recommend Precision Garage Doors most highly. I just had a new unit installed. The price was fair. This 5 star review is due mostly to the technician that did my installation. His name was ShaRaad. He called on this way and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about the units and was able to answer all of my questions. He was very thorough in his explanations and did the installation quickly. ShaRaad was friendly and professional.

Outstanding Customer Service! The garage door technician who came to our house (can't remember his name) was very professional and courteous. He explained everything in detail to me and showed me different options to choose from. I selected the $129.00 option which replaced all my metal rollers with nylon ones, greased the door and hinges, and fixed my problem with the garage door only closing halfway. The work was incredible. I would definitely all Precision Door Service again for any related garage door issues.
