Wow was a little reluctant since their pric was a little higher but don’t let that scare you. The springs come with a 3 year warranty the others in Brevard they can’t decide. One or two . Do not use quality door worset service I ever had Percision knew what I needed and knew which springs I needed for my door installed new springs and even the tenant commented the door was so quiet now they love the Professinal service from Mick. And yea it may have cost 20 or 30 more but the warranty and service you get is well worth

Excellent Service. I called expecting to be given an appointment for another day instead I was given an appointment for an hour later. A-1 service and workmanship. Jeffery Shaw came to our home to fix our garage door. He assessed the situation and gave us 2 estimates. We choose taking care of the main spring. Usually service people do not give you a choice of estimates. Within a little over one hour we had our garage door operating again. Jeffery is very pleasant and VERY efficient. Thank you.

I had seen the Precision trucks driving around Palm Bay so when my door spring broke Precision was the first name that came to mind. I checked the website and just knew that I was going to make the correct choice. I was really surprised when I called and found out the repair was same day! The Tech, David, was on schedule, examined the door and within minutes discussed the needed repairs and the final cost. He was very friendly and professional. The repair was completed in his estimated time and the door operation has never been as quiet and smooth. We are considering a new door in the future and Precision will be the installer. A really good experience.

Your Tech Rob came as scheduled. Assesed our door and told us that it could not be fixed. We needed a new door. Gave us all the information and also an estimate. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything to us. Told us the the estimate was good for 90 days and if we ordered the door we would have to put a deposit down. I told him that we needed to talk it over and that we would call the office if we decide to get the new door. We did call the office and put a down payment on a new garage door. We were emailed an invoice and another document to sign and return by postal mail. I did sign the document and immediately returned the papers by postal mail. We will now wait for delivery and installation of our new garage door.

I found Precision through an online search for repair services. The web site gave me confidence that one call - one appointment would resolve my problem. Your technician, Lonny Miller, was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable; explained everything needed after surveying the damage. The new product listed below is Springs, but other items were needed for the repair. Lonny was also very understanding; had to come back later that day to accomplish the repair in order to provide me time to move stuff out of the "work zone". Everything works great; even better than before!
