Rob S. was my technician. He arrived 1/2 hour early which was great because I had other errands to run. He explained several options to fix my garage door. With his expert advice, I picked an option and he went right to work. He had with him all the necessary parts. It took him about an hour and I was completely satisfied.

Your Tech Rob came as scheduled. Assesed our door and told us that it could not be fixed. We needed a new door. Gave us all the information and also an estimate. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything to us. Told us the the estimate was good for 90 days and if we ordered the door we would have to put a deposit down. I told him that we needed to talk it over and that we would call the office if we decide to get the new door. We did call the office and put a down payment on a new garage door. We were emailed an invoice and another document to sign and return by postal mail. I did sign the document and immediately returned the papers by postal mail. We will now wait for delivery and installation of our new garage door.

Robert Stephenson is excellent technician. He explained what he was going to check in his evaluation and when he was through he told me what the problems were and showed me also. I felt good because being a women a lot of the time people to take to explain things and Robert did take the time. I knew the cost of everything before we did it. I found Precision through an online search for repair services. The web site gave me confidence that one call - one appointment would resolve my problem. Your technician, Lonny Miller, was kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable; explained everything needed after surveying the damage. The new product listed below is Springs, but other items were needed for the repair. Lonny was also very understanding; had to come back later that day to accomplish the repair in order to provide me time to move stuff out of the "work zone". Everything works great; even better than before!

When I called The Precision Door Company, I was greeted with professional reception and instant history of my garage door that was installed over 5 years ago. I was already amazed and felt like we were old friends. During most of my working life, I worked as a field engineer, working on several types of mechanical of equipment. It is with that background that I was happy to see Jeff Shaw arrive at my garage door. After explaining the mechanical features of the original parts' failure and replacement parts' advantages including cost; Jeff went to work; fast, efficient and working alone; Jeff replaced my garage door torsion springs and bearings in much less time than I had anticipated. The work was completed and tested in what must have been record time. The cost was very acceptable. I very highly recommend The Precision Door Company, a great American Company with great people and great service.

We have used Precision to replace springs and rollers.a great job was done. That was 10 years ago. Precision is the only one I would use. For that repair to last that long. This repair was a complete overhaul replacing springs drums cables and rollers. It was done in a timely fashion. I will recommend precision to all my friends and family. Great job Precision! technicians are friendly and helpful. they did a professional job and the product is definitely the best. my only concern was that no told me that during installation, the technicians would have to cut into my aluminum siding frame and they left a rough edge on the frame and left wood edge exposed to elements. a small additional cost to call to my handyman to cover the wood and fix the rough edges was necessary. overall good job

My 30 year old steel garage door had a broken spring. I called first thing in the morning to setup an appointment. I was surprised to be able to get an appointment the same day. As the morning went on I received calls to inform me of delays that were occurring with the service technician. I welcomed these calls so I could run a few errands instead of sitting at home. When the service technician, Bryan Hewlston, arrived he went right to work evaluating the door and recommended and door refurbishment. Bryan did a great and efficient job, he is friendly and easy to talk with. He completely explained what he did and what I could expect.. My door now operates correctly and is quieter than it has been in years. I highly recommend your company
