From the first and only phone call to precision we were very happy . An appointment was set up immediately and the technician called and was at our house when he said he would be. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. And our new garage door will be installed soon. Unlike another company that we had called and called and never even had the time to call us back! Precision Door was great. The service tech showed up on time (he called me to let me know he was on his way); he installed the key pad I'd requested quickly and competently (and showed me how to change the code if needed) and he replaced a door roller that had broken; and, we had a productive talk about garage doors, hurricanes, and insurance. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the information. I'll definitely call Precision Door when I'm ready to replace my garage door.
