I am very happy with the work that was preformed today. I did not realize my garage door spring and rollers were as bad as they were until the new ones were installed. Wow, what a improvement! The new garage door opener is wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I will be using Precision for all my garage door needs.

Our garage door wouldn't close automatically last night. We called Precision Garage Doors today and they sent someone out within a couple of hours. I originally bought the $99. garage door silencing package Precision Garage Door offered on Angie's list but there were other problems with the door and opener that needed attention. Ty Keenan was the serviceman (along with his partner whose name escapes me) who came to the house. I explained the problems I was having with the door and the opener and Ty did an inspection and presented me with two options to remedy the situation. Ty clearly explained the reasons for and benefits of each option which allowed me to make an informed decision. Ty and his partner were on time, pleasant and knowledgable. They completed the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't ask for anything more. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone.

Delighted with same day service. Sunday evening at that. Everything was great from initial service call placement to follow up phone call I made for clarification purposes.
