On 19, April 2015, my 11 year old garage door opener bit the dust. Within a short time Rob S. arrived, gave me my options (repair or replace), my decision to replace. He then proceeded to install my new opener and in short order was finished. A fine job accomplished on a Sunday afternoon! Definitely a five star performance.

The installer (Neal Trepanier) was very professional in installing the lifetime warrantied upgrade to my garage door springs, rollers, and etc. He explained what he was doing and pointed out short comings of the previously installed garage door mechanics, installed at the time the house was completed in 2005. I would definitely welcome him back if I have any trouble. He said that there would be more detailed receipt here as well as explanation of the warranty of the "Overhaul Special Package".

When my daughter called your company from South Carolina to get an estimate to have my broken garage door repaired, your service technician scheduled to come the same day. The cost was less than expected so she approved the work to be done. He repaired my garage door quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with the service and work that Niel did. It was an emergency appointment. He arrived after 10:00 pm and never complained. He even offered to overhaul our springs, rollers and the like. He did it right then, was there after midnight and said it was all in a days work. This is the third time that we have had precision work on our door. Best place ever...............five stars for sure

SUPER fast and very friendly service. I did not shop around for quotes - and have never had this type of repair done before - so have no idea if what I paid was a good price. It was a painful blow to the budget, but worth every penny considering I had a serious problem solved within hours of my initial phone call. I like that he left it up to us to make our own decision on repairs and what we could afford. Even though the late hour appointment he made it seem like it was not an imposition on his time.
