I originally bought the $99. garage door silencing package Precision Garage Door offered on Angie's list but there were other problems with the door and opener that needed attention. Ty Keenan was the serviceman (along with his partner whose name escapes me) who came to the house. I explained the problems I was having with the door and the opener and Ty did an inspection and presented me with two options to remedy the situation. Ty clearly explained the reasons for and benefits of each option which allowed me to make an informed decision. Ty and his partner were on time, pleasant and knowledgable. They completed the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't ask for anything more. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone.

I was pleased from my first phone contact to receive quick and informative assistance. The Mr Stephenson was our technician, and he provided all the information we required to make a decision based on what we wanted and needed. We are very pleased with our new LiftMaster opener, and the entire experience was made easy by your efficient personnel.

Both technicians were exceedingly polite and more than competent. They truly exceeded my expectations. they ran into and overcame some real challenges and the door passed inspection with no problems - the inspector even commented on how quiet the operation of the belt drive opener an door were. Thanks - easily 5 stars. Mike DuBois
