I would highly recommend this company. They installed the garage door last year, and it withstood Hurricane Irma winds. *When we noted a problem, call and they sent someone out within 4-days. It was a simple repair and very courteous service.

Garage door just stopped midway up. Casey came out and went through his process to determine the issue. It was difficult to pin point but he figured it out and explained to me so I could understand. I went to thank ROB for being a professorial installer. Everything we asked for he was able to give us. He came to install a garage door open and key pad. and as I spoke to him he made me feel he knew his job well. We were able to get the garage opener and key pad and also explained to us how we could have one key pad for both doors. all the work was done to our standards. No mess left in garage. Thank You Rob for such a good job My rating is a 5 or 10

When I bought my new garage door a year ago I was never left with a remote. I just bought a new car and I have no way to open and close the door unless I get out of the car and run in the garage. I just had to purchase a remote for $50.00 plus service call. Not too happy about that but JAY my service man was so friendly and knowledgeable that I would like to say a big thanks to him and recommend him. Excellent!!

Our garage door failed in the open position fortunately. As I have a subscription to Angie's List, I searched it for a garage door service near us. Precision was highly rated and had several near locations. I called and was offerrered emergency service late that evening if I needed it. Thinking I could manually close the door I opted for the next afternoon. Kieth call before the scheduled time and said he would arrive in about 20 minutes. He did. Examining the door he found one of the springs was broken. He gave me a quote for the work which we accepted. He was personable, and efficient. Completing the work in an expeditious manner. The door works just like new and he cleaned up the area so well we never would have known he was here. Thank you Keith for a job well done. We would recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs. Hopefully we won't need them in the future. But if we do. They are the one's we will call.
