The motor unit was a bit pricey and more than I wanted to spend, but it works very well and the entire job was well-performed. I chose Precision to fix my broken garage door spring because of all the great reviews I read on line. I called at 7 AM. when I discovered I could not open my garage door and scheduled a same day appointment for 11 AM. Rob arrived right on time, assessed the problem, gave me a couple of options, including prices, and made the repairs. He was very professional and courteous, explained the repair process, as well as the included warranty. He then checked my opener to make sure it was operating correctly. Rob did a great job. I am very pleased with the process and the end result.
