My door malfunctioned on a Friday and thought I"d have to wait till Monday! Called Precision and they arrived early for their 4 pm appt. In 45 mins door was fixed and working better than before. Tech Clayton and trainee Jay were courteous, very pleasant and focused on their work. Would recommend Precision any time all the time.

Cory from Precision Garage Door was here today and did a check-up on all of our springs and rollers and repaired a problem where our door was rubbing against a flange. This is our second time using Precision to service our garage door. Both experiences have been fantastic. Making the appointment was easy and we received an appointment the same day. We have been lucky to have Rob as our technician both times. He was very friendly and explained everything in detail to both myself and my wife. Within an hour our garage door was back and perfect working order. The price was about what we had expected for parts and service. I didn't think I needed so much but since my equipment was from 1999 when my unit was built and the only time anything was fixed was the coil. I'm guessing I got my moneys worth.
