Our garage door springs went on the day before we were to leave for the airport. PANIC. Precision was able to send a polite skilled repairman within hours of my call. Garage door just stopped midway up. Casey came out and went through his process to determine the issue. It was difficult to pin point but he figured it out and explained to me so I could understand. I went to thank ROB for being a professorial installer. Everything we asked for he was able to give us. He came to install a garage door open and key pad. and as I spoke to him he made me feel he knew his job well. We were able to get the garage opener and key pad and also explained to us how we could have one key pad for both doors. all the work was done to our standards. No mess left in garage. Thank You Rob for such a good job My rating is a 5 or 10
