I have used Precision in the past so when I needed a new door & opener I picked them. The guys showed up on time and installation went smoothly. It took about 4 hors and they worked well as a team. The opener had a malfunction 2 days later and the technician came out in a couple hours, diagnosed the problem and corrected it. The guys are easy to deal with, courteous and competent.

Chris was prompt and professional. He conducted a thorough inspection of the door and opener system and made specific recommendations to improve the function of the door. Chris was particularly careful to properly size the new springs and he removed a twist in the chain that periodically caused the door to fail to close. Door is now much quieter and works well. I would definitely use Precision for any future door repairs. Thanks!

He even tried to do a repair to the lift motor instead of just saying we had to have a new one. Ended up replacing it anyway. They honored the on-line discount coupon we had printed. Casey was a very courteous and professional, a very nice young man. He diagnosed the problem we were having and after his safety inspection pointed out things that were no longer code. We authorized his suggestions and he was done in no time! The entire job was completed within 3 1/2 hours of my initial phone call. The door now opens quietly and runs as smooth as silk! Keith of Precision Garage Door replaced springs, center bearings, inspected the system, and balanced the door. Keith explained step by step what he was doing; he was very professional and knowledgeable as I received an education on the function of the parts he was replacing, right up my alley. From my first call to make an appointment through the completion of their service this was a most positive experience there were lower estimates for this job but you get what you pay for, quality parts and job well done the first time.
