I was very pleased with the service that I received from Percision Garage Door Service. From the friendly person on the phone, to the knowledgeable and friendly technician who came to my home, every part of the experience was outstanding. The technician explained exactly what needed to be done, showing me each component that needed attention. He recommended a door overhaul to bring my door back to a like new condition. He completed his work quickly and professionally. I am very pleased with my complete experience and would happily recommend Percision to anyone who needs garage work done. Great Job!

My 20 year old garage door mechanism seemed to come apart at the seams one morning as I pushed the button to activate it. Gears, chains, and springs seemed to come apart at once and parts even went flying across the garage. It took all my strength to finally get my garage door to release and open so I could go to work. Precision scheduled me right away for an 'after work' time frame. The repair tech was clean, non-smoking, friendly, and knowledgeable. He presented me with options and 3 levels of repair/replacement from which to choose and did the work in about 2 hours. I highly recommend this company!

The spring on my garage door broke Saturday night. On Sunday, I scheduled an appointment for the technician to replace the broken spring. The technician, David Brooks, was even early for the appointment on Monday and did an outstanding job! He was very professional and explained exactly what needed to be completed. Precision Door Service installed the door originally and I will never use anyone other than them. Thank you for your prompt service and excellent follow-up!

1 of 2 springs broke and i am sure glad Mr Humes did not just replace springs. He did a complete inspection and found a cable about to snap and found several bearings that were bad. I got a complete overhaul that I am sure will save money in the near future. I hope all employees are as diligent as I will refer Precision to friends and family I care about. Sincerely, Jack

It’s been some time since I have been impressed by a service call representative of any company! ShaRad Humes was fantastic! Your company should be very pleased to have an employee of his knowledge and manners of putting me , the customer FIRST!!!! I asked how long he has been with you folks and he said 2 years. He just got a promotion to Field Manager.. obviously you see his potential as well! Great Job! Again.. ShaRaad is a step above the rest! Thanks.. David Painter..

As mentioned to your two technicians, I chose Precision because I had received numerous advertisements in the mail over the past couple of years. Your techs immediately solved my garage door issue and then offered to do a diagnostic check on my door since they were here! I accepted and they not only made a couple of recommendations, but I accepted their advice to change out the 13 rollers and lubricate all fittings. I was impressed by their professionalism, shared knowledge of door mechanics and .... well, their personalities were pleasant and engaging. They concluded by recommending an annual check, so I look forward to receiving a reminder for that service in about a year. Your tops in my book - thank you! God's Blessings to you and your Team of Professionals, Frank
