Whenever I call Precision for new products or service, they respond quickly and with a smile. My recent call for service involved spring adjustments better know as door balancing. The sensor was misaligned. He fixed it in a heartbeat. He did a survey and pointed out some worn parts, such as springs, cable, and rollers. I agreed to the maintenance and he fixed them all in about two hours. Good service. Thanks.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! Only a hour and a half from the time the garage door spring broke until it was fixed. It was a Sunday afternoon at 5:30 the spring broke and my car was stuck in the garage. My wife mentioned to call Precision and at least leave a message. I checked the website and seen that they take calls at anytime along with service. Well by 7:00 that evening the new springs were on the door and it was working great. David Brooks, the service technician, was very professional, courteous, and answered any questions I had. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone needing a new garage door or service.

I have used Precision in the past so when I needed a new door & opener I picked them. The guys showed up on time and installation went smoothly. It took about 4 hors and they worked well as a team. The opener had a malfunction 2 days later and the technician came out in a couple hours, diagnosed the problem and corrected it. The guys are easy to deal with, courteous and competent.
