I chose Precision to fix my broken garage door spring because of all the great reviews I read on line. I called at 7 AM. when I discovered I could not open my garage door and scheduled a same day appointment for 11 AM. Rob arrived right on time, assessed the problem, gave me a couple of options, including prices, and made the repairs. He was very professional and courteous, explained the repair process, as well as the included warranty. He then checked my opener to make sure it was operating correctly. Rob did a great job. I am very pleased with the process and the end result.

I had a friend replace the part needed for my garage door it cost me $70.00. Your company is evidently only out to rob people your lowest estimate to repair my problem was over $700.00. I will make sure all my family and friends know not to recommend your company for any repairs or replacement.

I have used Precision 3x, (two repairs and one annual maintenance). I have had 3 different technicians and they are by far very polite, well groomed, pleasant, and always on time. The charges have been very reasonable. Today's service with Tech Cory continued the type of service we have come to expect from Precision . Our creaky, noisy garage door is now like new! Service was surprisingly quick as our car were trapped in the garage due to a broken torsion spring which prevented to door from opening. The service person inspected the door mechanics pointing out a couple of potential problems that could be delayed if we wanted. No pressure to address them now, but we did giving the garage door a complete service overhaul. Overall, very satisfied.

I came to select Precision through a variety of reasons. I initially noticed a truck on the roadway. I then saw a television commercial and an ad in the Safari coupon book. I was stopped at a traffic light and a Precision truck pulled up next to me. I finally did a Google search and read the reviews. Though I did research another company my final decision was based on the good reviews and the visibility in and around the county.

ON time and capable repair of belt problem. Tech was knowledgeable and capable and working in the heat got the job done quickly as possible. Given age of system had all parts other then motor replaced. This would be a 5 star but I thought the repairs were a little pricy.
