Came when said they would on a Sunday! Fixed my problem with the safety eye wiring exactly like I wanted. Inspected and adjusted the door. Also gave me a tip on not using LED bulbs in the lights which solved another problem. Super job by Garret ! We will call Precision again.

The problem with the garage door happened in the morning, I called around lunch time and David showed up around 3:00 pm. He rapidly identified the problem, explained what needed to be done (along with the cost for the repair) and then set about correcting the problems. A little under 2 hours later, the faulty hardware had been replaced, the door was properly balanced and worked to perfection. David did a super job and was a consummate professional in his explanations. I have used Precision Doors in the past and highly recommend them.

The guys did a super job, they were in and out in over an hour and half. They did a complete repair on both garage doors. They were up front and went over the repairs and the cost associated tot he repairs in great detail. They were very professional!!! I'd recommend them to all of my friends and family !!!
