I have been doing business with Precision for many years. The service is excellent. When I call for my yearly checkup, which I recommend to everyone to have done, I am scheduled quick. The worker is here at the time specified and his work is excellent and the worker over what he did in the check-up. Precision also had installed my garage door a few years back. The prices are also great compared to other companies. I would not do business with any other company. I totally trust and recommend Precision to do my work and for anyone else who needs a new garage door, their door repaired or just a check-up to keep your door working great.

My call to the office as a first time customer was handled with professional courtesy and made me feel comfortable with company. An appointment was immediately set up for a technician to come out and tune up the garage door. He tuned the door up in about 30 min and just as importantly he recommended not going with a more expensive in-depth service as the door did not need it. That made me a customer for life.

Excellent service! Garage spring snapped, cars were trapped inside. I called 5 different businesses and Precision was the only one that could be here today. Technician Mickey was here 40 minutes after I called!! Mickey was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I will definitely use Precision for any garage door needs in the future.

Very happy. Garage door had a total meltdown, both springs gone, I called Precision Doors they came out right away, assessed the situation and gave me three quotes for levels of services. I opted to do a total overhaul of the door, new springs, new everything and it was fixed in 2 hours. Could not be happier, should have called them for regular maintenance!

Your technician, Jeff, was professional and clearly experienced. We were pleased with the repairs he completed, however, we were not very pleased with the “up-sell” we were subjected to. Three years ago Precision replaced the spring and rollers on our door; the repairs yesterday should have been roller drums and cable replacement. Instead, we were charged for a complete overhaul of the door (new spring, rollers, drums and cables). Not very ethical; consequently, we are not very happy with your company policy. We will be sharing this experience if anyone asks our opinion about Precision Door. Thank you.

Mickey and his partner arrived within 2 hours of my call. It was very plain to see that these guys were experts; their team work was something to behold!. Our old belt Chamberlain opener bit the dust, and within one hour it was replaced with a new LiftMaster Belt drive garage door opener and new lift cables. Then everything was checked, doors and torsion spring lubricated, wireless opener set on smart phone, and both cars programmed. Count me as a "Happy Camper" and I highly recommend Precision! I called for a broken spring. Tech installed new spring and found out motor would not work. Installed new motor. job cost more than I expected but it was repaired and now working with the help of the technician that made all the repairs in the same call as he had all parts in his truck and did not have to make another cal. Door works and I am happy
