He was able to fix the J arm attachment plate to the garage door as well as identify and address a couple of other problems. Response was same day and very timely and the cost was reasonable. Guess I can be characterized as a loyal customer now

Brendan is awesome! He was able to diagnose and repair our garage door noise without having to replace the entire door. He successfully installed an outdoor keypad and replaced the interior opener panel so we can connect our new wifi modem. Very satisfied with the service and products.

Have used Precision Garage Door Service in the past to repair springs. Have also referred them to Real Estate Customers in the past. Now I finally needed them for my personal residence. They installed a brand new hurricane rated door. The two men on my job were extremely courteous and very thorough in explaining how to use the new fangled COOL auto door openers. I wish I knew the names the gentlemen who did the installation! They kept my newly painted/epoxied garage floor free of damage. They replaced wood framing and did a fantastic clean up job. I do know the estimator's name: Bryan. They all communicated the fact that I needed safety and security ASAP and they were on it. Very blessed. Works perfectly - looks great. THANK YOU and look forward to continuing to refer your company.

The tech solved the problem of the door being out of balance. However, that was not the original issue of concern. The door was "catching or grabbing" on the down cycle and pulling hard on the lift. That is still the an issue. What should be done?

Great company! Had a garage door opener break at one of my rental houses in Rockledge and Bryan went out and gave me an estimate and then came back in a few days to install a new opener. He coordinated with me and the tenant so I did not have to go to the property, and got it all up and running again smoothly. Would definitely use this company again and Bryan was knowledgeable and friendly.

Great company with great service! I initially could not get my garage door open after one of the cables broke. Called Precision in the morning and they gave me a scheduled time frame when the tech would arrive same day. Tech called me about 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way and had the door fixed in about 30 minutes. Professional and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use these guys again.

springs and cable broke....unable to use garage door.....tried precision door from google listing.....pleased to hear repair would be next morning....technicians david watt and sharaad were very professional,neat, and orderly....immediately knowledgeable on a proper solution, had all parts and equipment in truck....overhaul on spring and cables and all moving parts plus new max lift 1 1/4 opener was total fix....pleased with service and immediate repair.....door opens better than ever.....will definitely call precision next time...

I had my doors two installed by this company. They are the only company that has serviced my doors. While the guys are great and nice and curtious always early or on time and I love the design of my doors I have have a few issues that are not solved and worry me. I have had them come out on numerous occasion but no one can remedy my issues. Its no fault of their own I guess just perplexing to me and frustrating. I really wanted to do 5 stars because they are a good company that stands by their product.

The belt on the opener was going bad. Rob assessed the situation, recommended replacement & other maintenance to extend the life of the motor. He didn’t try to sell me anything not needed. He did a great job, cleaned up after himself, and made sure everything worked well when he was done. I would call them again.
