Wonderful same day service performed by the Precision tech. He was very knowledgeable and told me everything I needed to know about my garage door. Im not one to leave reviews but my experience with Precision Garage Doors Left a impression that warranted my review. I called Precision and set an appointment to have someone come out and give me a no cost estimate for a new garage door. I almost immediately got an email confirming my appt and the Name And Photograph of the Technician that would be coming out. But Precision took it a step further by providing me with the Biography of my Technician, some info I considered personal. His name is LONNIE. Lonnie then msged me that he was 20 minutes out which was well within the time frame I was given. Lonnie was dressed very professional, introduced himself. He didn’t waste any time working out an estimate. I could tell he was very knowledgeable of Precision’s business and products. He presented me with 2-3 different options never trying to push a more expensive setup. Lonnie even gave me a few tips on how to keep the door at least manually functional giving me time to go over his estimate with my wife. He thanked me for the opportunity to come out and looked forward to doing business with me should I decide to go with Precision Door. Lonnie is definitely a terrific asset to Precision.

I usually research when choosing a contractor. And when I didn't, and used Homeadvisor to have a big screen TV mounted, two people were sent when I only asked for one. I was billed for both and somehow Homeadvisor convinced my credit card company to deny my dispute. Only one tech stayed and did the work. Back to highly-rated Precision. Lonnie arrived promptly, checked my door out and gave me options. I.E., there are some upgrades that could have been done, but my primary concern was the opener had to work hard to open the door. The end result was he replaced the torsion springs with stronger models, balanced the door so my opener would not have to work so hard, and lubricated bearings on the rollers and all of the hinges. I am very happy with his work and the springs used! Anyone wanting quality service for a fair price should consider Precision. Since they are one of the biggest, their prices may be higher than some alternatives. However, their work is exceptional and the springs are guaranteed for 3 years. Also, Lonnie said to check the door after 6 months. In manual mode, if it is lifted and does not remain at half open, he said to call and Precision will send someone to adjust it.

I had the garage door battery backup installed..The installer preformed the service needed and tightened up the garage door cables and made sure it was all working fine! I was very satisfied!

The repairman/tech was Lonny Miller. He inspected the door and found the problem.At this point,he explained and showed to me what the problem was and how he would fix it . He answered all me questions.He then with me reviewed the parts ,the labor and the cost to fix the problem. He fixed the door and reviewed all of his work with me.He was knowledgeable, personable and very articulate. Along with his 5 stars he gets an A+.All in all it was a great experience.

Brendan is awesome! He was able to diagnose and repair our garage door noise without having to replace the entire door. He successfully installed an outdoor keypad and replaced the interior opener panel so we can connect our new wifi modem. Very satisfied with the service and products.

Have used Precision Garage Door Service in the past to repair springs. Have also referred them to Real Estate Customers in the past. Now I finally needed them for my personal residence. They installed a brand new hurricane rated door. The two men on my job were extremely courteous and very thorough in explaining how to use the new fangled COOL auto door openers. I wish I knew the names the gentlemen who did the installation! They kept my newly painted/epoxied garage floor free of damage. They replaced wood framing and did a fantastic clean up job. I do know the estimator's name: Bryan. They all communicated the fact that I needed safety and security ASAP and they were on it. Very blessed. Works perfectly - looks great. THANK YOU and look forward to continuing to refer your company.

The tech solved the problem of the door being out of balance. However, that was not the original issue of concern. The door was "catching or grabbing" on the down cycle and pulling hard on the lift. That is still the an issue. What should be done?

Great company! Had a garage door opener break at one of my rental houses in Rockledge and Bryan went out and gave me an estimate and then came back in a few days to install a new opener. He coordinated with me and the tenant so I did not have to go to the property, and got it all up and running again smoothly. Great company with great service! I initially could not get my garage door open after one of the cables broke. Called Precision in the morning and they gave me a scheduled time frame when the tech would arrive same day. Tech called me about 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way and had the door fixed in about 30 minutes. Professional and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use these guys again.
