Excellent Service and prompt response. We were trapped with both cars in the garage and were rescued. He worked until 11:00 pm to replace springs and cables.

Great service. The technician came out to assess the issue at 8 AM on time. He completed the repairs in two to three hours. He inspected the door and installed new bottom seals as I requested. Everyone was helpful and nice from the first call for service through installation. I will use Precision again and recommend for anyone.

To me, the first impression counts the most. When I called Precision I spoke to a very nice lady who was very professional and was able to set up an appointment the very same morning. The service tech, Ben, called 15 minutes prior to his arrival. He also was very professional. I was very happy with Precision and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ben stopped by to assist me today with a Garage door that was just not playing nice. He was very knowledgeable and could have simply suggested I buy a new opener. Instead he showed integrity rarely seen today and was able to put a quick fix in place.

Every facet of the testing and repair of our garage-door opener by technician Bryan Hewitson was conducted with the utmost precision and safety precautions, while also explaining to me what each test revealed and ultimately where the problem lay--i.e., in the wiring from the motor assembly to the self-reversing beam-of-light units on each side of the track. Moreover, Mr. Hewitson was able to arrive two hours earlier than scheduled, which was a relief to our evening responsibilities as "senior citizens." Let me add that the reason I chose Precision Door Service over four other companies is because when I called Precision, a real person answered promptly and arranged our appointment. Every other company utilized a robot system that required the caller to remain on hold and then select a number from an overly complicated menu "spoken" by a robot.

I had used Precision back in November-2018, when I first moved into my condo unit, to reprogram my garage remote and install a new key lock. I recently contacted Precision again to check my keypad which was not working. The tech Travis T. who came was professional and quick to solve the problem. He also made a few suggestions for me to look out for. Thanks for your quick service.

Start out by saying I rarely right reviews but I was so impressed with this company. I called last week to set up an appointment after another company said they were unable to fix my garage door. My appointment was for 8:00, Jason called 20 minutes to 8:00 to let me know he was on the way. He arrived promptly at 8:00. He was very professional he looked at the garage door and was able to identify the problem quickly and gave me a very fair estimate. He had all the parts on his truck and was able to fix it the same day. Very satisfied!

I rarely do reviews because I’m very particular and usually disappointed with the poor or mediocre work of others, therefore I have to acknowledge Jason Emanis for the exceptional service he provided. Jason is a professional, knowledgeable technician who politely explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions. He put me at ease before he started and then proceeded to do a great job replacing the broken spring/s. Precision Garage Door Service as a whole is very responsive to customer needs and is one of the rare companies that still provides outstanding customer service.

Great repair, quick service! Byron explained the options to fix my really old garage door so clearly. I'm almost 86 yrs. and that was his first challenge. We agreed on an option and he finished it in a timely fashion. Such a nice polite young man. It's working well now weeks since his repair. If you need a garage door repaired, call Precision!
