Precision has been servicing my garage door and components since 2003 and has always done an excellent job. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and explain everything to the consumer. Prices are very compatible and I have a Lifetime Warranty on all my door parts and door. They expedite their service and keep the customer informed by phone on their appointment time. One of the cables rusted and snapped on one of my garage doors. I called Precision around eleven AM expecting to schedule an appointment for later in the week. Instead they had a crew at my house within three hours of the call. The work was completed by two very professional employees. They completed a safety inspection and performed maintenance that will prevent future problems. Precision initialled both garage doors and openers over 12 years ago and this is the first problem I've encountered. Good company. They stand behind their work. Work crews are professionals and courteous. Highly recommend.

The technician did not have the materials to repair/replace the rubber seal on the bottom of my door. He called the office and they did not have it either. I expected you to be a full service company. He did a good job replacing the door openers mounted on the wall.

We requested service to install sensors and brackets. We had all the parts. Tech was 2 hours late, said we had the wrong parts, which was previously provided by Precision. I came home after working 10 hours and installed the sensors myself using same parts. Invoice says we refused to pay when no discussion of payment occurred. Just needed a little help to lighten my load but couldn’t get it.

I have always loved the services I receive from Precision. This last visit was no exception. Corey showed up on time and was extremely professional, thorough and courteous. Although I only reported one issue, I asked Corey if he could look at my other door while he was here. After 3 - 4 hours of non-stop work, both of my 16 year old garage doors operated like they were brand new. I was expecting to pay twice the price and gladly would have. Precision has a wonderful team of professionals and I would never use anyone else.
