My garage door spring broke at 6 pm Tuesday. I called Precision shortly after and was surprised that they could be there that night. The tech Jay arrived a 1/2 hour early. The springs were replaced quickly and Jay was a very courteous and professional. This is why I have always used Precision for garage door needs.

This was the 2nd time I contacted Precision for service (different issue, different garage). My experience with the Technician, Jay, was exactly what I expected - top notch! My expectations were set high by the PrecisionTechnician from a previous service call for another garage last winter. I have a lot of confidence in the Cape Canaveral area Precision Garage group. Friendly & polite, on-time, confident & competent, and reasonable costs. What more can anybody want? In Florida, you're lucky if you get just one of these, with Precision you get them all! Leigh came out at appointed time. Knew problem with 5 minutes. Needed new belt which he installed with an hour and adjusted. Have used precision door before an installing of opener and will use only them in the future.

Rob did a great job he explained how the garage door system worked to me. The issue was the door springs not balancing the door weight. Rob replaced the springs the the door worked like new. He was early to the appointment and finished the work quickly. I would use Precision Door again and recommend them to my neighbors.

Keith Couch made service call on my request to precision. He repaired sensor wire. After inspection brought to my attention other issues that I was aware of and after some technical questions by me and answered by keith , I decided to purchase door overhaul service. New Springs, bearings, rollers, cable spools, and cables. Door works better than new. Thanks Precision and thank you Keith for your exceptional workmanship....Rick Smith Cape Canaveral homeowner.
