Garage door became jammed half open with cars inside on a Saturday afternoon. Precision promised a service call between 6-8 that night and showed up at 6. He got the cars out and scheduled a new door. Great service! Only concern is the 2-3 week wait for the new door. My new car is less than a week old and is stuck outside.

My garage door spring broke at 6 pm Tuesday. I called Precision shortly after and was surprised that they could be there that night. The tech Jay arrived a 1/2 hour early. The springs were replaced quickly and Jay was a very courteous and professional. This is why I have always used Precision for garage door needs.

This was the 2nd time I contacted Precision for service (different issue, different garage). My experience with the Technician, Jay, was exactly what I expected - top notch! My expectations were set high by the PrecisionTechnician from a previous service call for another garage last winter. I have a lot of confidence in the Cape Canaveral area Precision Garage group. Friendly & polite, on-time, confident & competent, and reasonable costs. What more can anybody want? In Florida, you're lucky if you get just one of these, with Precision you get them all! Highly recommend.
