Ty did the best job ever. He found the cable fray problem. The fraying was coming from two cables overlapping each other. He rerouted the cables to prevent the one cable from fraying again. He also checked the misalignment and rebalanced the door.

Customer service is top notch, but there is a gripe that is worth nothing. Your tech Corey is awesome; punctual, courteous, knows his stuff, and goes out of his way to help. My gripe is with management not taking an opportunity to rectify a situation that would have cost them little and gone a long way towards word of mouth advertisement. I called to request service for a battery issue with our garage door opener as well as general maintenance on the door and opener. Ty was here within an hour. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and efficient in replacing the overhead battery as well as recommending a replacement of the door seal based on its age and potential for failure. All service was performed to my complete satisfaction and I now have a much better understanding of the operation of the door since I was not on site when it was installed. All of my questions were answered thoroughly along with other important information that was freely given. Ty is a true asset to your company and a pleasure to deal with. I love my new garage doors. Plus I used the coupon and received another $125 off of my bill. My old doors were wooden and ugly and not up to code in Florida. The men that did the install were very professional and made sure everything was to my liking. Mostly I just trusted them and that was a good decision. There were a few bumps along the way no fault of the company or installer's. My house is older so some other repairs needed to be made and they came back the same day after I had my contractor do the repairs. They knew I had to leave town and did not want to leave with plywood covering the holes where the doors had been so they made sure they came back the same day and installed the doors so It would look nice and be more secure while I was out of town. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors in Rockledge to do your garage doors. Great company where making the customer happy and doing the work on time and perfect is their business. I know they will last a long time. I will also have them come back and install two openers at a later date.
