I called Precision to service my horribly noisy Garage doors. I was totally impressed by the friendly yet professional service on the phone. Today,Rob and George called to ask if they could come 20 minutes earlier. I agreed. Upon their arrival they introduced themselves in a friendly, professional manner, explained the procedure and went straight to work on the Garage Door. After finishing the job they showed me exactly what they did and demonstrated on how nice and quiet the Garage Doors were. I couldn't wait to try them out myself, jumped with new found joy into my car and subsequently drove into my Garage just to hear the Garage Door close quietly again. Thank you for the great service to all of you and especially to Rob and George. They did a great job. You made my day!!!
