I love my new garage doors. Plus I used the coupon and received another $125 off of my bill. My old doors were wooden and ugly and not up to code in Florida. The men that did the install were very professional and made sure everything was to my liking. Mostly I just trusted them and that was a good decision. There were a few bumps along the way no fault of the company or installer's. My house is older so some other repairs needed to be made and they came back the same day after I had my contractor do the repairs. They knew I had to leave town and did not want to leave with plywood covering the holes where the doors had been so they made sure they came back the same day and installed the doors so It would look nice and be more secure while I was out of town. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors in Rockledge to do your garage doors. Great company where making the customer happy and doing the work on time and perfect is their business. I know they will last a long time. I will also have them come back and install two openers at a later date.

I was a repeat Precision customer, since they installed my garage door 11 years ago. When my 16-year old opener failed, I called them. They were able to send technicians within a few hours, and the techs called when they were on their way. After showing me what was wrong, they gave me the option of repair or replacement, explaining the price for both. I chose to have them install a new opener, which they did quickly and efficiently. They were professional, polite and considerate, and answered all my questions. Very happy with Rob and George, and Precision.

The technician (Clayton) was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. He came on time, replaced the springs and installed new rollers and lubricated the door. I called Precision to service my horribly noisy Garage doors. I was totally impressed by the friendly yet professional service on the phone. Today,Rob and George called to ask if they could come 20 minutes earlier. I agreed. Upon their arrival they introduced themselves in a friendly, professional manner, explained the procedure and went straight to work on the Garage Door. After finishing the job they showed me exactly what they did and demonstrated on how nice and quiet the Garage Doors were. I couldn't wait to try them out myself, jumped with new found joy into my car and subsequently drove into my Garage just to hear the Garage Door close quietly again.
