We had some bumps a long the way but all is well. I love my new garage doors! The Jack motors are working wonderfully with no problems. The manager Shaunna was great to work with and was always there to answer any questions that came up. The service was lightening quick. Berry and the crew did a great job and I felt secure with their knowledge.

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service, from my initial call for support through the installation of the required equipment and additional information. I was told someone would be here within a specific time window, received an email confirming my appointment, and then a call from Ty, the technician to let me know he was on his way. Upon his arrival, he assessed the situation and gave me three different courses of action for repair, identifying the pros and cons of each. Once I made my decision, he worked quickly and replaced my spring, opener, rollers, drive system, sensors, lubricated the hinges, etc, changed out the remotes, and installed an outside wall opener. After the work was done, he took the time to go through the equipment and owner's manual and told me to contact him, if there were any issues. From my initial call on a Sunday morning to completion of the work was less than 3 hours and Ty did an excellent job of customer service which, unfortunately, is lacking in many businesses today. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing assistance with a garage door problem, especially if Ty is the technician.

What started as a simple door adjustment turned into a complete rebuild. Clayton was awesome, it took some time to troubleshoot a faulty original installation, but he never gave up and now I'm sure I have the quietest door in the neighborhood. Tech was a real pro. He came in, assessed the problem, gave me the cost, and went to work. Although I hope that there is no need for further service I would be happy to see him if necessary. Ty did a five star job. We replaced the opener, new springs, rollers, remote, key pad. He checked the door and greased or sprayed all moving parts. Took time to insure that the button in the car was reprogrammed. A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB. Would recommend your company to any of our associates. You had done work for our grandson and we got your name from him.

I received the best service. The technicians were here early, installed everything, and even stayed after to wait for all the cars to arrive so they could set up the car garage door opener. One week after having a new garage door opener installed and the other moving parts refurbished, my door failed. After a phone call, they came out the very next day, explained what failed (was a part they did not replace earlier) and fixed things quickly. Best Service I have ever received from any contractor....Period!!! Someone who stands behind their work.

Not happy about having to pay another $400 but the service techs did a excellent job and tried to find a way to fix the original door opener. The door installation crew of three worked very rapidly and resolved problems as they progressed. I feel the problem with the door opener should have been detected during the final tests of the door by Barry. They seemed to be in a hurry to move on to the next job. Regards, Chuck Tanner
