Not happy about having to pay another $400 but the service techs did a excellent job and tried to find a way to fix the original door opener. The door installation crew of three worked very rapidly and resolved problems as they progressed. I feel the problem with the door opener should have been detected during the final tests of the door by Barry. They seemed to be in a hurry to move on to the next job. Regards, Chuck Tanner

Kevin was on time, inspected the job and told me what was needed, and proceeded to address the problem. He was very personable, and appeared very knowledgable and skilled. He replaced the rollers and made several adjustments to moving parts. When he finished, the door opened and closed much more quietly! Also he gave me hints on where to lub if needed. I definitely would recommend Precision doors! I give them 5 stars.

Ty did the best job ever. He found the cable fray problem. The fraying was coming from two cables overlapping each other. He rerouted the cables to prevent the one cable from fraying again. He also checked the misalignment and rebalanced the door.

Customer service is top notch, but there is a gripe that is worth nothing. Your tech Corey is awesome; punctual, courteous, knows his stuff, and goes out of his way to help. My gripe is with management not taking an opportunity to rectify a situation that would have cost them little and gone a long way towards word of mouth advertisement. I called to request service for a battery issue with our garage door opener as well as general maintenance on the door and opener. Ty was here within an hour. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and efficient in replacing the overhead battery as well as recommending a replacement of the door seal based on its age and potential for failure. All service was performed to my complete satisfaction and I now have a much better understanding of the operation of the door since I was not on site when it was installed. One week after having a new garage door opener installed and the other moving parts refurbished, my door failed. After a phone call, they came out the very next day, explained what failed (was a part they did not replace earlier) and fixed things quickly.
