Neal arrived on time to repair our broken garage door on a Saturday night over the 4th of July weekend. Our neighbor was having some work done on a Saturday by Precision, so we walked over and asked Clayton (the Precision service tech) if he wouldn't mind coming over and looking at our mess of a system. He gladly did, and immediately noted to us some serious concerns he had. We knew there was issues with our system, and he confirmed that. We said we would make an appt. for Precision to come out and fix the problems, but he told us he could do it right then, and that he had everything on his truck. This was 3pm on a Saturday!!! His willingness to fix the problems that late in the day, and the responsibility of having his truck well stocked with everything he needed was very impressive. We didn't shop around, we hired him on the spot. EXCELLENT WORK and EXCELLENT SERVICE. Top notch parts, equipment and installation. Very Happy and would recommend Clayton (and Precision) to anyone!!!
