Starting a new home, why wouldn't I use Precision to install a garage opener for me? I used them in the past for an emergency years back, so it was fitting to invite them back because their passion for the work they do is obvious and perfect.

Called at 11am Saturday morning and didn't expect to have the springs fixed the same day. Prompt, fast, and knowledgeable, they explained upfront costs, what has to be done before work begins. Applied best coupon I had for biggest savings. Accepts credit card on the spot. Highly recommended, good ole fashion way of doing business the right way.

Well done! service was timely. Technician was polite, friendly and most of all, efficient. My garage door now operates smoothly and I feel confident that it will do so for the future. If it doesn't, it's on warranty and I will expect the same kind of service should I need to call.

Our garage door would not open and I called Precision because they installed our garage door 16 years ago. Clayton was our technician and he found the problem which was the belt and did a very good job installing it. He was honest and very friendly and knew his job very well. He gave us suggestions on doing other maintenance to the door which we plan on doing at a later date.

In the past I have called others, but since the first time I called Precision I no longer call others. They are prompt and reliable. Their technicians are highly professional and highly skilled. I recently had springs replaced and this visit was for lube which should be done quarterly.

Previous outstanding, trouble free experience with Precision earned my feelings as the "Go To" company re Garage door related business. I rate them as a 5 star comppany in all areas. Micheal Whiteman, Precision Door Technician, was on time, courteous, efficient, very knowledgeable and very clean in his work habits. His thorough post repair checks were very satisfactory to me, so much so that I forgot to use my coupon a "..time of service".

Brent was phenomenal! He was in and out in no time flat. He had was a wealth of knowledge and didn't hesitate or seem offended when we asked a few questions. Our garage door is so quiet I'm going to have to rely on my dog to let me know someone is home!

Garage door opener broke and I needed it back the next morning...called Precision and got an appointment set first thing. Tech was courteous, skilled and fast...got me back up and running before lunch! Had a good discussion about continued garage door maintenance, and other improvements I might consider in the near future. Overall, a terrific job done by all! Thanks!
