Rob did a great job he explained how the garage door system worked to me. The issue was the door springs not balancing the door weight. Rob replaced the springs the the door worked like new. He was early to the appointment and finished the work quickly. I would use Precision Door again and recommend them to my neighbors.

Both technicians were very professional and courteous. They were friendly and still fast. They called 15 min ahead of arrival with a courtesy reminder for arrival time. Looked clean and neat. I don’t know how your price compares yet but your service is fantastic.

Corey came out and was able to repair my ancient garage door with minimal out of pocket expense. I know that I need not only a new door but an opener as well. Because they were honest and reliable I will be calling them for the install as soon as my budget allows. I appreciate their prompt arrival and Corey's honest approach.

I just got done getting an estimate from Cory. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, his courtesy, and his explanations. He did not talk down to me, nor did he try to talk above me. I have had people do both, trying to swindle you and make you feel like you just could not understand. I would recommend this company to anyone. He explained that if my garage doors are under warranty, I would be better off getting them repaired from the original installer. I will tell you this though, if my door are not covered under warranty, I will be calling Cory back to repair my doors. This company’s policy and warranty is outstanding. You guys ROCK!!!!

I called in the morning and was given an appt by early afternoon. Casey and Clayton were sent to repair a broken spring. They were on time, gave a courtesy arrival time call when getting near. They did an evaluation with some good suggestions which I decided to have done. An hour later all work was finished and garage door was very quiet and worked like new. I was extremely impressed with the courtesy, knowledge and efficiency of both Casey and Clayton. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this company. I would give more stars if I could.
