I called in the morning and was given an appt by early afternoon. Casey and Clayton were sent to repair a broken spring. They were on time, gave a courtesy arrival time call when getting near. They did an evaluation with some good suggestions which I decided to have done. An hour later all work was finished and garage door was very quiet and worked like new. I was extremely impressed with the courtesy, knowledge and efficiency of both Casey and Clayton. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this company. I would give more stars if I could.

Our garage door would not open and I called Precision because they installed our garage door 16 years ago. Clayton was our technician and he found the problem which was the belt and did a very good job installing it. He was honest and very friendly and knew his job very well. He gave us suggestions on doing other maintenance to the door which we plan on doing at a later date.

Neal arrived on time to repair our broken garage door on a Saturday night over the 4th of July weekend. Hated to have to call some one out on a weekend but we are in the process of moving so really NEEDED to have the door fixed. Neal was awesome!!
