Neal arrived on time to repair our broken garage door on a Saturday night over the 4th of July weekend. Hated to have to call some one out on a weekend but we are in the process of moving so really NEEDED to have the door fixed. Neal was awesome!! Previous outstanding, trouble free experience with Precision earned my feelings as the "Go To" company re Garage door related business. I rate them as a 5 star comppany in all areas. Micheal Whiteman, Precision Door Technician, was on time, courteous, efficient, very knowledgeable and very clean in his work habits. His thorough post repair checks were very satisfactory to me, so much so that I forgot to use my coupon a "..time of service".

Corey, Technician are very courteous! I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. The Customer Service is amazing and really knows how schedule you in. I had previous work done broken spring. Corey pointed out the rollers were rusted and not spinning. He pointed out the wear in the rails. Excellent Service!
