Rob did a great job he explained how the garage door system worked to me. The issue was the door springs not balancing the door weight. Rob replaced the springs the the door worked like new. He was early to the appointment and finished the work quickly. I would use Precision Door again and recommend them to my neighbors.

After inspection brought to my attention other issues that I was aware of and after some technical questions by me and answered by keith , I decided to purchase door overhaul service. I just got done getting an estimate from Cory. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, his courtesy, and his explanations. He did not talk down to me, nor did he try to talk above me. I have had people do both, trying to swindle you and make you feel like you just could not understand. I would recommend this company to anyone. He explained that if my garage doors are under warranty, I would be better off getting them repaired from the original installer. I will tell you this though, if my door are not covered under warranty, I will be calling Cory back to repair my doors. This company’s policy and warranty is outstanding. You guys ROCK!!!!
