Robert came in earlier than expected, he had phoned me earlier saying he would be a little late. He showed me what I had done wrong and fixed my problem which made me very happy. Very profesional, knowledgable and excellent attitude. He also told me that I may need a new motor in the next 3 years or so. I will call Precision to replace it when it happens.

I had several problems with my garage door and the opener. The tech was very knowledgeable and kept me informed every step as what needed repaired he was trying to save me money but in the end I still needed to replace the opener along with the repairs. He did stay until the job was completed and I was instructed on the how to work it and minor upkeep of the system. He cleaned everything up before he left. Job well done. Thank you.
