I appreciated the prompt response to my call. Clay Hall quickly identified the problem with the garage door, told me what was needed to repair it, and proceeded to make the door operable. Then he had me test it out to see if the door operated to my satisfaction. I now have the satisfaction the overhead garage door is in great shape.

I contacted Home Advisor online looking for garage repair and found two companies who were recommended. I was reviewing Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and before I had completed my review, I received a call from Precision letting me know that they had a truck in the area and had an appointment for that morning at 11:00 AM. I told her that I wanted to replace my garage door opener and she told me that their trucks were stocked with chain-driven and belt-driven models and that Kevin would explain each type opener and would install it for me immediately. So I made the appointment. Soon I got a call from Kevin asking if he could come right away. I said that would be great. He arrived twenty minutes later. I chose the 1/2 horse belt-driven model and Kevin went right to work. He told me that this model used the latest technology in remotes and some cars would not sync with the garage door opener and I might have to use the supplied remote. I said no problem. Kevin finished the installation in about 90 minutes, cleaned up and my 2015 Hyundai Genesis to sync up with the opener. Kevin was great. Very knowledgeable and professional. Easy to talk to and eager to answer any questions. I was completely satisfied with Precision, Kevin and my new garage door opener. I highly recommend them. They are five star in every respect!

On 19, April 2015, my 11 year old garage door opener bit the dust. Within a short time Rob S. arrived, gave me my options (repair or replace), my decision to replace. He then proceeded to install my new opener and in short order was finished. A fine job accomplished on a Sunday afternoon! Definitely a five star performance.

After my garage door broke, Neil from Precision temporarily repaired the door so I could still safely use it by replacing the broken spring with a loaner spring. On January 23, 2015, I had Precision install a new garage door with keypad entry. I used Precision because of the very high recommendation from my General Contractor Gary from Gary Thompson Homes. The results were exactly as my contractor said they would be. Precision did an excellent job with all aspects of the installation at a good price. After some time, I had difficulty programming the keypad and they sent out Kevin WITHIN AN HOUR of the call to make it work at no charge! Very professional and friendly team at Precision! The installer (Neal Trepanier) was very professional in installing the lifetime warrantied upgrade to my garage door springs, rollers, and etc. He explained what he was doing and pointed out short comings of the previously installed garage door mechanics, installed at the time the house was completed in 2005. I would definitely welcome him back if I have any trouble. He said that there would be more detailed receipt here as well as explanation of the warranty of the "Overhaul Special Package".
