We called on a Sunday to have someone fix our doors which weren't opening or closing on probably Monday. Corey came within two hours and fixed the problem which was loose wiring. He found another problem though and recommended a "fix" for it which we have pursued now. Corey was great and we are very happy with Precision Door Service.

I originally bought the $99. garage door silencing package Precision Garage Door offered on Angie's list but there were other problems with the door and opener that needed attention. Ty Keenan was the serviceman (along with his partner whose name escapes me) who came to the house. I explained the problems I was having with the door and the opener and Ty did an inspection and presented me with two options to remedy the situation. Ty clearly explained the reasons for and benefits of each option which allowed me to make an informed decision. Ty and his partner were on time, pleasant and knowledgable. They completed the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't ask for anything more. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone.

I had an emergency! I had sold my house and was scheduled to go to closing the next day when my garage door broke. I called Precision and they were there at 8 AM, fixed the problem, and allowed me to close on my house by 10 AM. The service was great, the technician was friendly and polite, and the price was reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about their service. They deserve 10 stars!

first of all I want to thank you for your very quick response when I called to have our garage door repaired. It was the 3rd of July and I did not think we would get service on the 4th but we did. Neil Trepanier was our technician. He was exemplary. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it. He then explained improvements that could be done. We were in favor of having the work done. I just can't say enough about how satisfied with the work from Neil. We had our new door put in by Precision in 2008. We had to call a couple times with minor issues. You took care of them by phone to our satisfaction. I have recommended Precision to 2 of our neighbors because of your attentiveness and the quality work by your technicians. Thank you so much.

The person you sent was above & beyond. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly & efficient. He explained the options for repairs, including the package, which we took. It was perfect for our needs. He then spent at least 3 hours in the extreme heat working in the garage. I can't say enough good things about your tech.
