I've used Precision before and have always been pleased. I recently thought I had a huge problem which turned out to be a really quick fix. Precision did not try to sell me a new unit (although he did warn me that my unit that is over 15 years old MAY be wearing out), he just tested everything to make sure it was working properly and went on his way. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

One morning we found that the garage door would not open. I immediately called Precision Air and they came out that day. Having that kind of service in Florida is almost unheard of! Our technician, Darian, was competent, trustworthy and friendly; explaining the issues as he went. Working for many hours in the hot sun, Darian didn't take a break, even to eat. His focus was entirely centered on the job at hand; ensuring that all issues and problems were corrected and the door worked better than ever. Whether shopping for a new door or just needing help with your old: I highly recommend Precision Door.

I just had a new unit installed. The price was fair. This 5 star review is due mostly to the technician that did my installation. His name was ShaRaad. He called on this way and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable about the units and was able to answer all of my questions. He was very thorough in his explanations and did the installation quickly. ShaRaad was friendly and professional.

I was very impressed with the fast service response. The door needed to be serviced due to worn bearings it was very load when in operation. Springs and bearings replaced and we decided to install a new opener which made all the difference.

Grade A service. Were able to come out real quick, showed up at the beginning of the appointment time frame(most companies show up late), and did an awesome job in a short time. Everything was fixed with great customer service. Will definitely be a return customer. Thanks again guys
