Tech was on time. fixed broken mtg brkt, recommended replacing rollers which saved me money. The finished opener mounting looks first class and should never break again. Charge was reasonable. I will put Precision Garage Doors on my list for anything to do with garage doors for the future.

I was asked to complete a survey before my garage door was replaced. So the only thing I can comment on at this time is the experience during the estimate and sale process. The experience was excellent. The representative was courteous, knowledgeable , and very professional. The cost estimate is fair and reasonable. I HIT THE JACKPOT! I finally chose the right garage door company to replace my sick garage door opener. I have been in my home for 38 eight years and have had multiple garage door openers replaced. They not only replaced the opener but also replaced both the indoor and outdoor keypad and the car remote. The system was fine tuned by a highly skilled technician who was extremely cordial, knowledgeable and efficient. One with high ethics who efficiently and effectively went about his job. The Technician, Chris Green, very knowledgeable and curious. He started off with exam of the system which was 4 years old and installed by precision and then showed me what needed attention. I already knew the spring system would need adjustment having gone through this procedure previously. Replaced what needed to be replace at reasonable cost. I know to lube the trolley system, have not done this for 2 years. He informed me of a yearly maintenance plan that will perform that service for me at a reasonable price. I have made referral to people in the past regarding Precision Garage door service.

What GREAT service. What professional personnel! Woke up to a broken door spring and could not raise the garage door. Fortunately one car was outside and didn’t interrupt our mornings plan. We called about 9:00 and were told a technician would be available about 12:00. By 12:15 technician Keith had diagnosed the problem and given us three options for repair. We picked one and the work was completed by 1:30. Keith is an excellent ambassador for your company; prompt, competent, professional, and polite

Corey gave a thorough explanation of repairs needed due to Hurricane Irma damage. He went over all my options as well as necessities. Very courteous as well and professional. My appointment was actually for noon but he called at 9:50 confirm and offer coming early if that would be a better fit. I promptly received an estimate in writing. Many options were gone over. No pressure on a purchase today. Very profession and very respectful.

One of my garage door springs broke this morning. I called Precision and they sent their Technician Leigh M to fix my problem. Leigh did a great job replacing my broken springs and made sure all of the garage door parts and lift motor were in excellent condition. I appreciate the fact they scheduled me as soon as they could fit me in 6 to 8 pm and then they found a way to make it happen sooner. Leigh arrived at 3:30 and was finished by 4:30 pm.
