Outstanding Customer Service! The garage door technician who came to our house (can't remember his name) was very professional and courteous. He explained everything in detail to me and showed me different options to choose from. I selected the $129.00 option which replaced all my metal rollers with nylon ones, greased the door and hinges, and fixed my problem with the garage door only closing halfway. The work was incredible. I would definitely all Precision Door Service again for any related garage door issues.

I recently had Jason B. Check my garage door. He found the problem right away. The wire to the cable was not working. He stated due to insuarnce purpsoes they could not g into the attack. So he ran a new wire inside the garage. He did a great job. He also stated that I needed a new spring. I advised him that is a new spring. He stated they put the wrong spring on there. I contacted the company who had replaced the spring. They put the same sping that the builder put in when the house was built. Either way. He was still a nice guy and very polite, friendly and professional. He got the remote working again. The price was reasonable. So I will probably use them again. I give him five stars.

5Star for sure. Broken cable and springs on garage door. Called today at 1:00 pm. Door technician Rob arrived 3:15pm and repaired door. Installation took 2 hours. Rob was great. Took time to go over operation of door. Would definitely recommend this company. I’m sure all technicians are good but ask for Rob.

Rob was very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Thanks to Rob we now have a "quiet" door again. We kept our original door but he changed the motor and other hardware that was desperately needed. We also added a keypad which is a plus. You need to be more competitive with your parts price or change your method of charges to be more credible. Your service was very good. Thank You

Do you know what it's like to hear this loud bang at 10:30 pm coming from your garage , only to find out that the spring has broken on your garage door, and its 3 days before Christmas !! I called first thing the next morning to your company and from the call to the lady in the office to the time the service tech got to the house was only a couple of hours . I could not have asked for better service from all involved . Nobody likes a big bill right before Christmas , but the tech did all he could to make it as painless as possible . I think the tech's name was David and was the best. He was super polite and very quick in doing the job. He certainly took some of the worry out of the weekend. Thank you all for everything and Merry Christmas .

I was very impressed with the fast service response. The door needed to be serviced due to worn bearings it was very load when in operation. Springs and bearings replaced and we decided to install a new opener which made all the difference.
