The listing in our 'Yellow Pages' caught my attention. Scheduling was great. The tech called when he departed and advised us of his arrival time. He arrived on time and as I was at the point of where he was needed, he greeted me by name and I briefed him of my needs. He completed some administrative entries then set out to do his work. The work was completed quickly even as some of the customer furnished equipment failed, requiring him to use his company's stock. The young man was clean cut, amicable and professional. I'd consider him a valuable asset to y our group. Your firm is on my'To Call' list. Your 'Yellow Pages"add is correct.

5 star for sure. Mickey came out and found the problem immediately and fixed it in no time. Apparently the painters painted the panels and trim shut so it was like glue!!! So, when I tried to open the door after the painters left last Thursday, the steel bar broke loose. Mickey replaced the bar with a much better installation procedure and suggested the painters come back and clean all the paint from in between the panels as they could stick again in hot weather.

Our serviceman was special. He called when he was on his way and gave me a 15 minute window for his arrival. He found the problem quickly and it only required readjusting a sensor. Then checked the rest and could make future recommendations but not now! No pressure. I highly recommend him!

The service technician ( Brian ) was wonderful. He was right on time and reviewed my garage door springs, rollers and the opener. The house was 11 years old and he made suggestions regarding what was needed to make it run "right". He gave me a lot of options regarding what should be done now and what could wait. There was no pressure and he completed everything needed. He had all of the parts in his truck.

Provided after hours service at a fair price. Excellent coordination between appt. center and technicians. Technician arrived in advance of appt. time. Lonny Miller, the technician, provided a thorough description of the problem and recommended work to repair the problem. The world was performed in a two hour time. Finally they performed work for me in 2011. The offer excellent service, fair pricing and good warranty follow up. That is why they deserve a 5 Star Rating!
