I would highly recommend Precision to anyone. I used their service several years ago and have been on their maintenance plan ever since. Every year they come out and inspect and fine tune any issues that may have developed. The techs have been so helpful. Bryan, my tech this time pointed out a few concerns, fixed the little ones that come with yearly maintenance and addressed a few issues I might want to consider for the next visit or sooner should I decide. Not pushy to do it right then. Glad I found Precision to keep my garage door well tuned and operating at peek performance. Thanks team!!!

I thought it was time to have a door tuneup and called for an appointment, requesting Rob who did a major repair 5 years ago. First of all you had appointments available in a few days, with Rob. He showed up on time, calling from the road to alert me. He ended up doing a little more than a tuneup which he carefully detailed the reasons for. Great service and I can tell and hear how much better the door works now!

Rob came to add a remote to my existing opener. Sadly, it was too antiquated but Rob was equipped with a new one on his truck and in less than 1 1/2 hours I had a new opener, with a remote. Terrific service. Friendly and efficient!

From start to finish, we were SO happy with everyone and everything! Bryan came out on a Sunday, put the door back on track, and thoroughly explained our options to repair or replace the door.
