From start to finish, we were SO happy with everyone and everything! Bryan came out on a Sunday, put the door back on track, and thoroughly explained our options to repair or replace the door. We ordered a new door which was installed (professionally and beautifully) earlier this week. The few times I called the company, I was met by friendly, courteous people. We definitely recommend and will use Precision if needed in the future! :-)

Your Installer was on time, researched our issue, explained in detail the problem. Gave us a price for new garage door opener (all in price) so we were able to make a decision regarding replacement immediately. The process took approximately one and a half hours from start of the analysis to installation and cleanup. The Installer was very Professional and the garage door opener is great ! Thank You

The listing in our 'Yellow Pages' caught my attention. Scheduling was great. The tech called when he departed and advised us of his arrival time. He arrived on time and as I was at the point of where he was needed, he greeted me by name and I briefed him of my needs. He completed some administrative entries then set out to do his work. The work was completed quickly even as some of the customer furnished equipment failed, requiring him to use his company's stock. The young man was clean cut, amicable and professional. I'd consider him a valuable asset to y our group. Your firm is on my'To Call' list. Your 'Yellow Pages"add is correct.

5 star for sure. Mickey came out and found the problem immediately and fixed it in no time. Apparently the painters painted the panels and trim shut so it was like glue!!! So, when I tried to open the door after the painters left last Thursday, the steel bar broke loose. Mickey replaced the bar with a much better installation procedure and suggested the painters come back and clean all the paint from in between the panels as they could stick again in hot weather.
