I selected your company from an add in "Money Savers" One thing was same day service and my time was limited so I called and Rob & George came that day. Very helpful and explained what they would do. Simple problem and helpful as I learned a lot about a garage door. They were very helpful and friendly. Nice Guys and Good workers.

I do not know all that was done but Neil was a very good worker, and did a good job, at the end as we tried the garage door new light and opener the light would not go on a wire had broken inside the wall I guess so Neil had to string a wire across the garage ceiling and down the door frame to the new switch, this does not look so great and I hope the broken wire will not cause any problem I would hire Neil again.

I chose your company because of your BBB logo advertised in the phone book. Neil was sent to my home. He was on time, very informative, and he has a pleasant personality. I paid for what I call a "tune-up" on my garage door and garage door opener. The door just started getting stuck, and would not perform as it was suppose to. I chose not to replace either one at this time because Neil told me that both were in good condition and, good quality. I did replace the needed hardware on the door, replaced the circuit board on the garage door opener, and purchased a new remote. I am a happy customer because I saved almost half of what I had anticipated spending on this repair. I was told I do not need to be concerned about the door or the opener for a few more years because of the good condition and quality. I will tell my neighbors and friends about your company.

Garage door torsion spring broke Sat. morning . Called Precision door later, they sent repair man same day,and door was fixed by 4:00 PM that same day . Work was done exactly as said. Very clean and professional. Would absolutely use them again. Having the right spring for the weight of door is very important. My door now works better and quieter than before .

We had a power failure several days ago and when I tried to manually lift the garage door, I had a terrible time. It was very heavy and when I finally got it all the way open, it would not stay open.
