Not only did he call me to let me know he was 10 minutes away , after I had just hung up with the dispatcher , but he was polite, courtesy and explained everything in detail ,,,, Which not being mechanically knowledgeable , made me very comfortable and he was very understanding, the job was done in a matter of no time and he explained the maintenance . CALLED PRECISION ON A SATURDAY MORNING TO REPAIR INOPERABLE GARAGE DOOR. TY THE TECHNICIAN WAS AT MY DOOR AT 11:45 A.M. THE SAME DAY TO PERFORM THE REPAIRS. I went online to find a repairman for our garage door opener and I found Precision reviews and decided to call them within 3 hours a nice young man came to repair. Unfortunate it was unrepairable so we had to get a new one .would recommend them

I am very impressed with the way you do business. I used your chat room to discuss my issue and make an appointment. I had a technician at my house within three hours! Ty was the technician and was very helpful. I explained what was going on with my OLD opener and he gave me a couple of different ways I could go. Ty is very personable and knows his business. He installed my new Liftmaster door opener and programed my car and the other remotes. He was very efficient and very polite. Precision is now the only business I will call if I need work on my garage door or opener. Thank you for a job well done!

We were vey pleased with the service rep today(Neal Trepanier). When he arrived, we explained what we would like to have accomplished which was replace the weather strip on the garage door and perform a general maintenance on the system. When all the work was accomplished, he called my wife and I out and explained what was completed and stated the door is in good working order. Another 5 star performance from Precision.

Originally used Precision Door on the recommendation of a neighbor... now it's for the great service we've received. Neal was able to arrive earlier than scheduled which helped us out with our tight schedule. Very thorough and knowledgeable with problems and options explained clearly. Repairs were made in good time and the door operates better than ever! We highly recommend Precision Door for whatever garage door issues you may have. Better to avoid a bigger problem by making small repairs before big damage occurs!

i chose percision for my door because i saw an add that came to my house.It sounded real good and i also saved 10% plus another coupon.Plus the sales man was excellent.he explained everything to me.why i should replace the door.He was very pleasant.i would recommend to any one percision.

The red head did a good job. He was professional and very pleasant. He worked quickly and solved the problem on the right side of the door which is now flush at the bottom of the door. However, the left side is up just a hair so light shows through. I can push it down with my foot. I was told that I could use a new seal on the bottom. Upon inspection, I was told that he could not replace it because of the thin construction of the metal at the bottom. Now that I think about it I can see that it is fairly worn and if possible should be replaced. I don't recall that he lubricated the bearings, although I did not ask him to. I've always been happy with your service and was not unhappy this time, I just had second thoughts about the seal. I can give 4 and 3/4 rating, but it was my fault and I was not interested in replacing the whole bottom plate, are there any alternatives?

Mr. Neil Trepanier was called to our home today for service to our garage door. I found him to be extremely courteous and professional in his demeanor ,his knowledge of the operation, and his ability to transfer that knowledge to us in a way that was not overwhelming.he proved himself to be an asset to the company throughout the whole process. Thank you for your time and consideration.I don't see it listed below but we signed up for the complete overhaul of the garage door system and installation of a touchpad. And as an extra he programmed The garage door to my car.

I could not have been happier, their technician Neil was here with in thirty minutes of my call. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He serviced my door, changed the rollers, and springs for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

Five Stars all the way. He was on time, finished the work quickly and had a very pleasant personality. He checked the safety eye and the rollers said what he was going to do and went to work. Additionally he pointed out that the rollers were a cheap quality and although they did not need to be replaced we should be thinking about replacing them due to the poor quality of the current rollers. He quoted the price and was able to discount the original cost so we went ahead and had them done at the same time. I'm very happy with the work he did. I believe his name was Neil (red hair). Nice man. He represents your company very well. You are lucky to have such a fine person working in your establishment. We had the damaged safety eyes replaced as well as the rollers and he also did the yearly preventive maintenance while he was here.

Neil was prompt, pleasant, and efficient. When it was determined that i needed a new unit, he installed it in short order, and instructed me in its' use. He maintained he professional demeanor even after he accidentally broke the plastic cover while installing the bulb, and quickly apologized and promised to return the following morning to replace the cover, which he did. All in all, I had a good experience with your company, and Neil, your representative.

I was really very pleased with Neil the service tech. A true professional from the get go..took time to explain the whole job.. Explained how the torquemaster spring system that we had and failed, differed from the precision door spring system,even took apart the old system and showed me the break in the spring.
