I do not know all that was done but Neil was a very good worker, and did a good job, at the end as we tried the garage door new light and opener the light would not go on a wire had broken inside the wall I guess so Neil had to string a wire across the garage ceiling and down the door frame to the new switch, this does not look so great and I hope the broken wire will not cause any problem I would hire Neil again.

I chose your company because of your BBB logo advertised in the phone book. Neil was sent to my home. He was on time, very informative, and he has a pleasant personality. I paid for what I call a "tune-up" on my garage door and garage door opener. The door just started getting stuck, and would not perform as it was suppose to. I chose not to replace either one at this time because Neil told me that both were in good condition and, good quality. I did replace the needed hardware on the door, replaced the circuit board on the garage door opener, and purchased a new remote. I am a happy customer because I saved almost half of what I had anticipated spending on this repair. I was told I do not need to be concerned about the door or the opener for a few more years because of the good condition and quality. I will tell my neighbors and friends about your company.

Cory was extremely competent, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful in diagnosing and then corrrecting the problem. He arrived on time and completed the job quickly. He was courteous, honest, and a great representative of the company. I cannot imagine using anyone else for garage repair. This company is simply the best. You need not look elsewhere.

CONGRATULATIONS! You are operating your business the way consumers expect a business to be operated. Too frequently the service falls short of the advertised experience. I'm extremely pleased with the professionalism in making scheduled appointment calls in a timely fashion, being neat and tidy during and after repairs as well as being courteous throughout. The door works perfectly after the repair and the charge was lower than anticipated. I will use your company again and recommend others do the same. Thank you.

Garage door torsion spring broke Sat. morning . Called Precision door later, they sent repair man same day,and door was fixed by 4:00 PM that same day . Work was done exactly as said. Very clean and professional. Would absolutely use them again. Having the right spring for the weight of door is very important. My door now works better and quieter than before .

Our tech, Neil, was professional, personable, courteous, thorough, explained what needed to be done and did every chore with total expertise. He worked late in to the night and made certain everything was in perfect working order after which he cleaned the area and ensured that we were satisfied customers. Neil is an asset to Precision! As usual, we are happy with the results and suggest Precision to our neighbors. Precision could teach a seminar on "customer satisfaction" to other companies in the area and Neil could be an instructor!

I have dealt with another local garage door repair service in the area and I did not like there craftsmanship nor there skills. Neil knows the name of the company. B.J. Ask Neil the name of the company He has permission from me to tell you the Horror Story of what. they did for me. After talking to Neil for 1 Minute i knew that he knows his job inside and out. Courteous, friendly, and explained all of my options. I chose the complete mechanical rebuild. He explained everything to me and how the door operates. I like the Idea of a life time Warranty. Your Company is lucky to have a man like Neil to work for you. From the time I made the phone call till the time Neil left OUTSTANDING JOB!!

We had a power failure several days ago and when I tried to manually lift the garage door, I had a terrible time. It was very heavy and when I finally got it all the way open, it would not stay open. Your Technician asked me to explain the problem and then said he would fix it, which he did within 30 minutes. He then showed me that it worked the way it was meant to and I'm happy. Thanks!
