When one of the springs broke for my garage door this afternoon and I made the call to Precision, the phone was answered promptly and professionally and I was told the Tech would be here within an hour, well the Tech was here within 30 minutes and he started the repair immediately! and had the garage door repaired, adjusted and inspected, The Technician was professional in every way!

Great availability- broken spring meant we could not open garage door. Saturday service call- asked to come earlier. Explained all options- no hard sales. Last item not availiable (need new belt), but everything else works. Will get last item replaced on Monday, after work.
