Our door broke last Friday evening, I called at 9am on Saturday and Kevin arrived around 11:30am. He was very professional, efficient, and educational. He explained everything he was doing, why the repair was needed, and how to maintain the door going forward. A great experience! Thanks Kevin!

When one of the springs broke for my garage door this afternoon and I made the call to Precision, the phone was answered promptly and professionally and I was told the Tech would be here within an hour, well the Tech was here within 30 minutes and he started the repair immediately! and had the garage door repaired, adjusted and inspected, The Technician was professional in every way!

Neil is 'Mister Garage Door'. He knows his stuff, does excellent professional work, and does it with the greatest of expediency. He is a likeable fellow, expresses himself well, prompt, congenial and respectful. He rebuilt my garage door, and now it works like magic. I'd say you folks need to hang on to him as long as you can - he's good for business, and he knows his business.

Service was same day that I called. Service man was polite, well spoken, and very informative. My husband is hearing impaired, and the service man spoke in a clear distinctive voice, so my husband had no problem with following everything that was said.
