Service was same day that I called. Service man was polite, well spoken, and very informative. My husband is hearing impaired, and the service man spoke in a clear distinctive voice, so my husband had no problem with following everything that was said. Everything was explained to us very clearly. We are more than satisfied with your company.

Great availability- broken spring meant we could not open garage door. Saturday service call- asked to come earlier. Explained all options- no hard sales. Last item not availiable (need new belt), but everything else works. Will get last item replaced on Monday, after work.
