The door failed unexpectedly, and I saw your ad for same day service. It was a Sunday, and I appreciated your prompt response. Your technician was on time, described what he was going to do and the cost beforehand and left the garage as clean as he found it. I am very satisfied with thw service. I am writing this from Virginia, and the receipt is in Florida. I am sorry that I don't remember the technicians name.

It started to be a broken spring repair which ended up to include a new opener and torsion bar. I felt bad for the technician as everything he was trying (door kept on bouncing back up) wasn't working. BTW- it was labor day. Ended up him being here from 2pm until 9pm. Overall, he was helpful but I think he was frustrated in that everything we were doing, didn't seem to work.

Needed garage door opener repair late on Friday afternoon. Call center person showed real interest in providing needed service. Was able to schedule technician for Saturday. Bruce arrived on time, serviced door and replaced logic card in opener. Reasonable charge.

Dennis took really good good care of me. The garage door had been installed with the inappropriate hardware, and the garage door opener was set way too high to compensate. The door was configured in a dangerous way, causing it to constantly break. He took the time to analyze ALL the issues and make all the recommended repairs one step at a time. As he did one job at a time, he showed me and explained what was being done. He broke down each job/piece by cost as well. He cleaned up the area better than it was before he came. He was training an apprentice, and they were both kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend Dennis and Precisioin Door.
