He was on time, polite, knowledgable, efficient and cleaned up when he was done. He filled out the paperwork legibly and explained what work he did. I didn't know the door could be that quiet! I'll call for him if I or my neighbors need work again.

Fixed garage door that wouldn't close. A couple days later a cable came off. Thay came right back out and the technician explained what was happening. Very happy we called them!!! They stand behind their work!

Dennis took really good good care of me. The garage door had been installed with the inappropriate hardware, and the garage door opener was set way too high to compensate. The door was configured in a dangerous way, causing it to constantly break. He took the time to analyze ALL the issues and make all the recommended repairs one step at a time. As he did one job at a time, he showed me and explained what was being done. He broke down each job/piece by cost as well. He cleaned up the area better than it was before he came. He was training an apprentice, and they were both kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend Dennis and Precisioin Door.
