Techs responded within two hours, replaced both springs within one hour. Techs were professional. Cost of two replacement springs including labor was. over $300.00 I thought that was a bit high but I guess the company needs profit to stay in business.

I have used Precision for several years now to remedy problems at various rental properties. They are prompt, economical, efficient and friendly. Recently, my Home Warranty Company was going to send a different company to work on a garage door and when I specifically asked for them to approve Precision and they refused, I cancelled the work request and paid the full amount myself, without using the home warranty plan. That's how sold I am on Precision!

Technician was able to come that day. Even better, earlier than scheduled. Ty was knowledgeable, patient (going over the door pad in the garage and remotes in the cars several times) and a pleasure to deal with.

This is not the first time I've had Precision. They come when they say. They are professional. They don't try to sell me things I don't need. They are honest with information. This is the 3rd time I have had them. There is always room for improvement, but they deserve my rating of a 5 so far. They now have my Trust.

Five stars... Jake did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable of what he was doing. I had recently lubricated the rollers but had not noticed the cables were fraying.

CLAYTON AND GEORGE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SERVICE ORIENTED WHEN THEY SERVICED OUR GARAGE DOOR TODAY. IT WAS A GENERAL SERVICE CALL, AND WE REPLACED THE OLD ROLLERS AND INSTALLED AN EXTERIOR KEYPAD. ALL WENT WELL AND THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR. Including their first service when our garage door spring broke, they provided the MOST EXCEPTIONAL a service. Both service dates were on a Sunday. They came timely, we're professional, and guaranteed their work! True to their word, they came and fixed our door for guarantee work with the same professionalism, integrity, and customer service.
