One of my torsion springs broke on a Friday night. I considered another company my neighbor used. After looking over the Precision website and seeing lifetime warranty springs, I was sold. I called Saturday morning at 09:15 and their Tech, Cory arrived within 1 hour. Cory finished the job quickly and safely. He is a very hardworking young man.

From the very minute I called, the receptionist/secretary was kind and very attentive and willing to help. The service person was professional in his personal dealings and with the hard job awaiting him. Thanks for a job well done and I will definitely pass on the word(s).

When we mentioned to co-workers we needed a new door, and we were looking at Precision doors, we were told only good things. When we called for an estimate, they came out the same day. When it was time to schedule the install, they had appointments available the very next day. They showed up on time (a little early in fact), prepared and ready to go. Technicians were very polite and professional and got right to work. We're very happy with the new door, it's quiet and sturdy. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I was very pleased with the response time for your company to send someone out to take care of the problem we where having. I was very pleased with Kevin the technician that handled the repair. He was knowledgable and efficient. I would recommend your company. In this world it seems to be harder and harder to find people who will get things done.

First, I have to say the we (me & my wife) were very impress with the whole process. From initial contact (chat now option) to the technician (Cory). The whole process was wonderful and stress free. Unfortunately, I do not know with whom I was chatting with, but they were very knowledgeable, polite and fast to answer all our questions. He/She were very awesome and If you read this thank you for all your help. Second, you need to give this man (Cory) a raise.... He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and had a great personality. He was on time (early actually) and went above and beyond with all the repairs and additional ones that were needed. I definitely recommend him, if you (future customer) have a choice. Overall, wonderful experience with the whole Precision team. Money well spent and would not hesitate (neither should you) to call them if anything was to occur again. Job well done.

I had an excellent experience working with Precision Door. First Ty rebuilt my 25 year old door only replacing the parts that were necessary and not trying to sell me the "total rebuild package" which other companies I got estimates from did. This saved me more than $100. The door worked perfectly until today. Ty's brother Cory came out today and found that I had bumped one of the sensors out of line and he re-aligned it at no charge and the door is working again. I highly recommend Precision Door. Their service is very professional, they show up on time, they do the work the say they're going to do and their billing service is very easy to work with.

Precision was able to send technicians out the same day. Jake and Brent were very kind and explained everything to me. They gave me two options to fix my garage door opener. They did not have a part to complete the installation, but they went and got it and did not let the inconvenience bother them. They were quick and efficient installing the garage door opener and keypad.

I received great service from your company. From dealing with the personable person on the initial call to my wonderful technician, Ty Keenan. Ty is a great asset to your company. He is not only knowledgeable in his field but he is very personable and articulate. He demonstrates professionalism and great troubleshooting skills. He exemplifies the term "Great service with a smile". 5 stars to Precision and 5 stars to Ty Keenan. Keep up the great work!

I had to have a new gasket put on my garage door. I called at 7:30 a.m. and you were here by 9:30 a.m. The service was excellent. The young man was very professional. My only complaint is that I was unable to download a copy of my statement. Would you please send me a paper copy for my files. Thank you.

Well the reason i called you is because your the only game in town. Your man a week go could not fix my problem. Tried to sell me a new door opener. The problem i fixed myself temporally. It only worked for a few days then failed. I called you expecting to have to put in a new one. When I called Rob Sephenson arrived. He fixed my problem in 5 minutes. I didn't have to put in a new one. I am now your customer totally because of Rob. and only Rob. If I have any problems in the future I will call you and ask for Rob. Do you get the message?
