Your service representative Brent was extremely knowable regarding our damaged garage door opener. After his complete explanation of the process that was best suited to be done in this repair for our needs, we hired your company and within 2 hours we had a quiet, smooth running, reliable garage door opener. My husband and I are very pleased and will highly recommend your company.

We have been Precision customers for over 8 years and have been completely satisfied with every service. We just had the installation of a Hurricane Master garage door, and the crew that did the installation was outstanding--complete removal of the old door, and assembly and checkout of the new door in less than 2 hours. Billy and his team were professional in every aspect of the job and we are completely satisfied.

Precision was prompt and got to my house the next day. Keith the tech was just amazing and very friendly. He called the office because precision had installed the door and the springs were not that old. He fixed the springs and precision stood behind their work they did before.

Kieth serviced our garage door today and handled the repairs i a very professional manner, on the job within 5 min. of our phone call, made a quick assessment of the problem and had the door running within an hour. I felt the price was a bit high at first but considering the response time and condition of the existing door i think the charge was reasonable.

We were more than satisfied. Our technician was on time, super professional and gave us different options once he diagnosed the problem. The performance improvement is remarkable and I like the security of the warranty. I've already recommended y'all to several neighbors. The price isn't cut rate but it is fair and the quality of what was done is outstanding. Thanks guys.

Having issues with the door not opening, opening 1/2 way, not closing, closing 1/2 way. Having to double punch the door switch to make it work etc. the lights on the motor would come on when they wanted. The car openers would not work unless you were right next to the door! Thought the door was possessed! Keith Couch came out and the first thing he did was tell me the wrong lights were installed and I should change the lightbulbs because the LED/Florescent type interferred with the signals and could be the issue. Changed bulbs and issue went away...Thanks Keith.......

Cory was very helpful. He said that the problems with the noise need more done to fix door than I can afford at this time. When I do have the money to fix it, I will be scheduling with you for sure. Thank you, Cory and Precision. Terri
