I had an excellent experience working with Precision Door. First Ty rebuilt my 25 year old door only replacing the parts that were necessary and not trying to sell me the "total rebuild package" which other companies I got estimates from did. This saved me more than $100. The door worked perfectly until today. Ty's brother Cory came out today and found that I had bumped one of the sensors out of line and he re-aligned it at no charge and the door is working again. I highly recommend Precision Door. Their service is very professional, they show up on time, they do the work the say they're going to do and their billing service is very easy to work with.

Precision was able to send technicians out the same day. Jake and Brent were very kind and explained everything to me. They gave me two options to fix my garage door opener. They did not have a part to complete the installation, but they went and got it and did not let the inconvenience bother them. They were quick and efficient installing the garage door opener and keypad.

I had to have a new gasket put on my garage door. I called at 7:30 a.m. and you were here by 9:30 a.m. The service was excellent. The young man was very professional. Well the reason i called you is because your the only game in town. Your man a week go could not fix my problem. Tried to sell me a new door opener. The problem i fixed myself temporally. It only worked for a few days then failed. I called you expecting to have to put in a new one. When I called Rob Sephenson arrived. He fixed my problem in 5 minutes. I didn't have to put in a new one. I am now your customer totally because of Rob. and only Rob. If I have any problems in the future I will call you and ask for Rob. Do you get the message?

Techs responded within two hours, replaced both springs within one hour. Techs were professional. Cost of two replacement springs including labor was. over $300.00 I thought that was a bit high but I guess the company needs profit to stay in business.

I have used Precision for several years now to remedy problems at various rental properties. They are prompt, economical, efficient and friendly. Recently, my Home Warranty Company was going to send a different company to work on a garage door and when I specifically asked for them to approve Precision and they refused, I cancelled the work request and paid the full amount myself, without using the home warranty plan. That's how sold I am on Precision!
