This is our second time using Precision to service our garage door. Both experiences have been fantastic. Making the appointment was easy and we received an appointment the same day. We have been lucky to have Rob as our technician both times. He was very friendly and explained everything in detail to both myself and my wife. Within an hour our garage door was back and perfect working order. The price was about what we had expected for parts and service. We will be sure to call Precision again for any concerns with our garage door in the future.

Precision was prompt and got to my house the next day. Keith the tech was just amazing and very friendly. He called the office because precision had installed the door and the springs were not that old. He fixed the springs and precision stood behind their work they did before.

Kieth serviced our garage door today and handled the repairs i a very professional manner, on the job within 5 min. of our phone call, made a quick assessment of the problem and had the door running within an hour. I felt the price was a bit high at first but considering the response time and condition of the existing door i think the charge was reasonable.
