I was very pleased with the entire service call. I called the office & was given an appt time of between 11:00 & 1:00 the same day I called. The technician (Clayton) called very quickly & was out right on time. Clayton arrived gave me the price & got to work. The entire job start to finish was less than an hour & was still done before the original 1:00 arrival time. This is the 2nd time using Precision & couldn't be more pleased. Will use them & advertise every time I get a chance. Good Job!

I was very pleased with the entire experience I had with Precision Door. From scheduling an appointment, to receiving an e-mail confirming my appointment along with letting me know who my technician (Clayton) would be, his arrival time, his picture and a brief bio. Clayton arrived prior to the scheduled appointment time, which in my experience with technicians is very rare, yet was very much appreciated. Clayton was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He fully explained the service, repair and cost that would be required to resolve my garage door issue. I was completely satisfied with the service, repair and cost. Thanks Precision Door.....and a special thanks to Clayton!

We called on Saturday and had service on Tuesday morning. The tension spring in our door was broken. Although it was costly, we got our door bearings, cables and tension springs replaced within two hours of the technician's arrival. Everything needed was already on his truck. He was professional, tidy and efficient. I appreciate the service and the warranty gives me peace of mind.

The tech that came to my house was very nice. He saw what the problem was and gave me a price and it turned out that it would be fixed under the check up price. He then pointed out that the rollers were not in great shape. I asked for a price for repair thew hole door, and he said he could do it right away and the price was good. I would recommend this company for garage door work.

I am writing this review at 9:48 pm as Jeremy our technician has just left after completing a repair and complete replacement of our garage door opener. I was concerned that he was having to work so late but he assured me with a great attitude, that this was his job and I should have no concerns. His manager should know what a dedicated employee they have and if I could I would recruit him to come and work for my company.
