David was on time, personable, and skilled. He did an excellent job explaining my options and my situation in way that helped me make an informed decision about my best scenario for repairing my garage door springs. He went above and beyond by fixing some odds and ends items that left me with the quietest and smoothest garage door I have ever owned. Thanks David and I have already recommended Precision to my friends and family.

Previous experience with Precision had established a trust in the company and the technicians that the repairs needed would be quickly identified and completed. There are no surprise charges with the quote being given before the work starts. It was a learning experience also with cause of the repairs being quickly identified. Everything was handled with "precision." Thank you.

We used Precision about 6 months ago and liked the way the service technicians were so courteous and called ahead in a very timely fashion. This time we had Darian and he was wonderful, friendly and so courteous. I would recommend Precision Door Service and Darian to anyone who would ask.

We’ve been loyal customers of Precision Garage Door Service for ten years. Josh was our technician today and he did an excellent job. Josh was personable, yet professional. We would like to see Josh again next year and then some, for our annual maintenance. Thank you, Josh!

David did awesome job very professional- I just wish there was a Senior Citizen special. $664.00 is a lot of money for garage door opener. This is the time in 12 years had to have the springs on the door replace. I will have Precision check my garage door every year to ensure I Don’t have to pay out more.

I really appreciate the service you have given me. The receptionist was polite and ready to set up an appointment. I was surprised at how quickly you were able to respond. ShaRaad did an awesome job explaining to us what truly needed to be done. Since we had NEVER serviced our garage door, other than a new opener a couple of times, it needed the work. The door operates smoother than it ever has. We ended up getting most if not all of the movable parts replaced. ShaRaad was prompt, courteous, professional and did an awesome job.

Precision Garage Door installed a new LiftMaster 8550W LED Lighting with Battery Backup Garage Door Opener at my residence on Monday, May 6, 2019. I took Jeff Garrett's recommendation on which garage door opener to buy and I am very pleased with my purchase. The LiftMaster Garage Door Opener is an excellent product and I am really impressed with its quality and operation. Thanks to Jeff Garrett for the professional and timely service.

My remote garage opener wasn't working. I replaced the battery, but it still didn't work. Saw your ad in Savings Safari and called. Your technician was at my home within half an hour. He replaced my worn out remote and lubricated the moving parts on the door so it would work smoothly. Very pleased with your service.

There are many like company's in the phone book and we read each advertisment. Precision sounded sincere in word and intent to do a good job. That's exactly what happened when Corey arrived and did the work. He was very friendly, and thorough as he explained what he was doing. He checked out the garage door opener, did the necessary repairs and ensured every thing was working properly. It was a pleasure to work with such a competent young man and you are to be complimented on such fine service.

I needed a simple repair of my garage door. The Precision door tech said the door could not be repaired but spent significant time trying to convince my wife why the repairs could not be made and we need to buy a new hurricane door for the garage. They are not interested in repair they only want to sell new doors. I recommend Space Coast Garage Doors if you need repair.

My garage door hardware was falling apart and I thought a repair would work. I called Precision because I had done business with them in Orlando and had a great experience with them. Keith showed up, inspected the door and showed me exactly what was wrong with it. In the end I needed a whole door replacement. Keith was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time a explained everything to me very thoroughly. Very happy with Keith and Precision Door.

Keith has the personality that could sell anything. Thank goodness it was the holiday season which stopped me from buying a new garage door opener. I told him I would call back after the season. Very nice, both gentlemen.
