Good day, My renters had been complaining about the garage door so we by chance saw an ad in a local flyer with discounts and took a chance. Our service guy Jeremy was very kind and prompt. Did a great job and we worked together on making this repair less damaging than it could have been by purchasing a package. New springs, drums, cables, remotes and memory boards purchased. I also appreciated the fact that everything extra I needed was available on the truck. No extra waiting or ordering of parts. Thank you kindly

A broken spring made it impossible to get our cars out of the garage. We called the company which installed our garage door, but they couldn't get anyone out until 3 days later. We then called your company, and got an appointment for 6:00 PM the same day - Rob actually arrived an hour earlier. Rob explained the options available to us, and replaced both springs and bearings in 30+ minutes! Rob was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We will definitely call Precision again should we need service in the future, and will definitely recommend your company to friends and family.

Rob, the technician, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He offered several different options for repair of the garage door and gave the prices of each. We also decided to have the garage door opener replaced which he did for us. He gave the coupons where applicable which helped the final bill! We had called a different company first but they weren't able to respond the same day. We then called your company and got a much better response. "Casey" was about the best service repairman we have had since we moved to Vero Beach Fl. in July of 2016. He was early to get here, busy and knowledgeable during his entire stay, adjusted the off-kilter door and repaired whatever was making it roar like a freight train every time we opened it. Not to mention a few threatening clunks at the beginning of every cycle. It is a heavy door, with hurricane attachment members on the back side of the door. He leveled, fixed and was entirely cheerful. He also set the chain on the perfectly timed stops for maximum and accurate smooth stops. He was truly GREAT!!!! Your name is now written in ink on our calender , and for all future problems with our garage door. Go CASEY!! GO PRECISION DOOR!!!! needs.

Precision sent out a technician within a couple hours of my call, which was very convenient. Corey was very helpful and walked me through the issue and the cost. I had considered getting a second estimate, but Corey was able to offer a break in price. My garage door ultimately needed to be fixed with new springs, rollers, etc. Corey completed the whole thing in a couple hours. He was very professional and trustworthy. I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for help with their garage door.
