Garage opener stopped working. So we called Precision about 3 PM. Casey C arrived at 8 AM next morning. Very courteous and knowledgeable. He instantly diagnosed the problem. I have used Precision about 3 times and had the same experience each time. Very prompt service and they always have the parts needed for repair. I recommend them to all the neighbors. I have to mention their great use of communication technology. As soon as you get off the phone making the appointment you get a confirmation email on the time and the name of the technician scheduled to come. The tech always calls when he's on the way and gives you his arrival time. After he's finished and before he pulls away in his truck you receive an email with a detailed invoice you can print out. I wouldn't even think about using anyone else.

Keith arrived on time when promised, made appropriate adjustments, lubricated the door, and gave very satisfying service. We are pleased with his attitude, skill in diagnosing and making needed adjustments.

My technician Casey was professional and courteous. He took time to explain the remote system and showed on time. I might add that our neighborhood experienced some car vandalism and one of our garage door openers was taken early this morning. I called today and Casey was at my door within hours. Precision sent out a technician within a couple hours of my call, which was very convenient. Corey was very helpful and walked me through the issue and the cost. I had considered getting a second estimate, but Corey was able to offer a break in price. My garage door ultimately needed to be fixed with new springs, rollers, etc. Corey completed the whole thing in a couple hours. He was very professional and trustworthy. I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for help with their garage door.
