The garage door was making so much noise something had to be done. Not even 2 years old. I was told the most inferior parts were used and it would be a matter of time before more damage would happen. New rollers , springs , cables have silenced the door so much, I don't have to worry about waking the neighborhood any more. Thank You Jay for all your help.

Good day, My renters had been complaining about the garage door so we by chance saw an ad in a local flyer with discounts and took a chance. Our service guy Jeremy was very kind and prompt. Did a great job and we worked together on making this repair less damaging than it could have been by purchasing a package. New springs, drums, cables, remotes and memory boards purchased. A broken spring made it impossible to get our cars out of the garage. We called the company which installed our garage door, but they couldn't get anyone out until 3 days later. We then called your company, and got an appointment for 6:00 PM the same day - Rob actually arrived an hour earlier. Rob explained the options available to us, and replaced both springs and bearings in 30+ minutes! Rob was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We will definitely call Precision again should we need service in the future, and will definitely recommend your company to friends and family.
