I called 9:30 in the morning to make an appointment for a technician to come to my house to repair my garage door opener. I was told a technician would be a my house between 11am and 1pm. The technician arrived at 10:45 and within 15 minutes he was able to determine I need to replace my garage door opener. He had a new garage door opener installed and operating by noon. I have never experienced this quality of service from any other business. I would have no problems what so ever recommending Precision Door Service to anyone experiencing problems with their garage door.

I have been using precision since I have moved to Vero Beach 4 years ago. They have replaced garage door openings in both of my properties, and I call for service whenever their is a problem. Gasket at bottom of garage door was replaced. Original price quote from a mechanic on site of $125 didnt include a $50 service call fee that came as a surprise when the mechanic showed up to do the work. The installation mechanic did do a complete neat installation and was courteous

Same day service is a top priority. Tropical door told me on 12/29 they couldn't come out until 1-2-19. NOT ACCEPTABLE Background checks on employees is critical in this day and age too. Jay did an awesome job.
