Called them to fix a problem we were having. The call was answered promptly and a repair person was sent out within the hour, Jarred arrived earlier than scheduled (called first). We decided, after learning that we would be needing a new opener, to install new hurricane doors also. Our current doors are original to the house (1991). The new doors will be installed at a later date.

That's exactly what happened when Corey arrived and did the work. He was very friendly, and thorough as he explained what he was doing. I needed a simple repair of my garage door. The Precision door tech said the door could not be repaired but spent significant time trying to convince my wife why the repairs could not be made and we need to buy a new hurricane door for the garage. They are not interested in repair they only want to sell new doors. I recommend Space Coast Garage Doors if you need repair.

Garret and Casey called before arrival - and arrived on time. Did sn assessment of my door/malfunction (broken spring, cracked hinge plate, panel roller shafts deteriorating) and provided me with 3 options as to what could be done. Very cordial/friendly and told me the option I selected would take a little over an hour to complete - new Springs (2), new Ball Bearing Rollers (All), new Cables (2 = HD), and new Cable Drums (L-C-R)....and they were right on time!!!

Last night I came home to a mess with my garage door. I called for help around 8pm and Corey showed up about an hour later. After walking me through and showing me what was the issue, he provided quotes, and got to work. Corey was great, very informative and helpful, worked quickly, and fixed the issue!
