I really appreciate the service you have given me. The receptionist was polite and ready to set up an appointment. I was surprised at how quickly you were able to respond. ShaRaad did an awesome job explaining to us what truly needed to be done. Since we had NEVER serviced our garage door, other than a new opener a couple of times, it needed the work. The door operates smoother than it ever has. We ended up getting most if not all of the movable parts replaced. ShaRaad was prompt, courteous, professional and did an awesome job.

I've used Precision in the past and have always been impressed with the courtesy and skill of their personnel. Jeff came on time to work on my OLD single car garage door which had a terrible screech when opening for I can't recall how long. Not only does the door not screech any more but he provided some advice on why the door may have been 'shimmying' when closing. Fair price, friendly and capable service. Thanks!

We used Precision Door in the past and saw their ad in the Safari saver and our door needed maintenance as the door was not working properly. We like that this is a home town company. The service tech ShaRaad Humes was pleasant, professional and well spoken. He is an excellent ambassador for your company. He diagnosed the problem informed me of the price and took care of the issue quickly. The door works perfectly after he completed the annual maintenance and reset the torsion spring assembly. Paid $624.00for a garage door opener with wifi. I cannot get the WiFi to work and I cannot get either of 2 car built in remotes to work. Precision Garage Door of Brevard will not help to resolve the issues. I would not recommend them.

We had a little problem with opening our garage door and Corey, the Precision Service Tech, came out, re-aligned our photo sensors and also re-greased the track which made the whole thing run quieter and smoother. He was very professional and explained everything to us. All in all, a model of GREAT customer service!!!

Called them to fix a problem we were having. The call was answered promptly and a repair person was sent out within the hour, Jarred arrived earlier than scheduled (called first). We decided, after learning that we would be needing a new opener, to install new hurricane doors also. Our current doors are original to the house (1991). The new doors will be installed at a later date.

My remote garage opener wasn't working. I replaced the battery, but it still didn't work. Saw your ad in Savings Safari and called. Your technician was at my home within half an hour. He replaced my worn out remote and lubricated the moving parts on the door so it would work smoothly. Very pleased with your service.

My garage door was installed by Precision in 2008, and a few days ago the drive belt needed to be replaced. The technician (Darian) arrived today, agreed that the belt needed to be replaced, but also stated that due to age, the door needed additional maintenance (cables, cable drum, spring replacement), all of which had to be done or he couldn't install the drive belt. Darian said it was a safety issue and called the office to verify that he couldn't do anything unless I agreed to the whole $650+ maintenance. I decided not to have anything done and paid for the service call. I want to stress that Darian was professional and courteous the entire time. And I don't doubt that the recommended maintenance was factual. However, I was extremely offput by a company policy which denied me the decision as to what maintenance I wanted done today, and what maintenance I might want deferred until a later time. Telling me it's a "safety issue" feels like a scare tactic to get as much money from me as possible. I would not use your company again, nor would I recommend it to others.
