I called about a problem with my garage door open and was given a service call the very next day. The tech arrived on time. He identified the problem and fixed it. In addition, because repair work was done on the garage door, I was not charged the service call. I was very impressed with the service, speedy response to my call and the work that was done on my garage door. They definitely deserve five stars.

Precision Garage Door service is amazing! I called in the morning to inquire about getting an opener on one of my garage doors. The appointment was set up for 5:00 PM the same day. It was installed quickly and very neatly. The service technicians were great! Jason and Mickie were very pleasant and worked together like a well oiled machine. Thanks for a job well done!

I had a garage door opener installed. The installer called and advised me that he would arrive early for the appointment, which was fine with me. He explained what he would be doing and did an excellent job. He was very thorough in his explanation of the features of the opener. I was very pleased with the entire process.

I had a garage door no longer closing and Precision answered the phone quickly and had a technician out, Mickey Carter, the next morning (earlier even than the window they gave me). Mickey was very professional and identified the problem of the wire that was loose immediately and secured it with staples and electrical tape. The service call fee was very fair and I am sooo grateful!

The bar that holds the inside tracks came off almost completely off the ceiling. Lonny was my tech and he did a great job putting it back and securing it. We also decided to get new doors put in and Lonny took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions.

We had some garage door issues. Noises, not level at the bottom and I called to get an appointment late Saturday. Not an emergency but they got a tech out first thing Monday morning. Mickey came out and he was THE BEST! Nice, Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable. He told me just what the problem was and if we had our paperwork from 2013. Indeed we did so the parts were free since we have a lifetime warranty. We are very satisfied with the service experience and will 100% call Precision if and when needed.
