I truly appreciated David Watt's service today. Money is a little tight for the moment and David provided options so we could make the best decision possible. Excellent Service!!! Bryan repaired my garage door, David & Mickey did a couple of adjustments. All 3 technicians were prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable, explaining different functions & corrected my concerns. I can truthfully say, they do impeccable work & care for their customers. I have used Precision before and was happy with their service. This time they called to let me know they were on the way and showed up right on time that service was scheduled. The tech spotted the problem right away. He had the parts needed on his truck and repaired the broken hinge plus lubed the door and tested the door for proper operation. The Tech was very courteous and kept social distancing while we discussed the job.
