I first want to thank Precision for quick response to our needs. Tech was out same day we called. Rob was the tech who serviced our door. He was very professional and thorough explaining the initial problem and he also pointed out some other issues that would become an issue in the future. I want to stress that he left the decision completely up to us in regards to addressing other issues. When the work was complete he did a thorough test of the door making absolutely sure it was working properly. I arrived home from my job when he was almost complete with repair; and yet he took the time to explain everything he had done even though said info was already explained to my wife. Your company is very fortunate to have such an employee. In the future Precision will be the company we call for any garage door issues. Sincerely John Robb

My garage door and the opener and all cables etc. was all original from 2007. I was just starting to have issues when I decided I had to get it fixed before I was stuck. The Precision team installed a whole new system with camera and back-up power. It is now much better than when it was new. The team was incredibly professional and did the work on time and on budget. Could not be more happy!

I called about a problem with my garage door open and was given a service call the very next day. The tech arrived on time. He identified the problem and fixed it. In addition, because repair work was done on the garage door, I was not charged the service call. I was very impressed with the service, speedy response to my call and the work that was done on my garage door. They definitely deserve five stars.

Precision Garage Door service is amazing! I called in the morning to inquire about getting an opener on one of my garage doors. The appointment was set up for 5:00 PM the same day. I had a garage door opener installed. The installer called and advised me that he would arrive early for the appointment, which was fine with me. He explained what he would be doing and did an excellent job. He was very thorough in his explanation of the features of the opener. I was very pleased with the entire process.

I had a garage door no longer closing and Precision answered the phone quickly and had a technician out, Mickey Carter, the next morning (earlier even than the window they gave me). Mickey was very professional and identified the problem of the wire that was loose immediately and secured it with staples and electrical tape. The service call fee was very fair and I am sooo grateful!
