I was referred to Precision by my neighbor, my door was sticking and jumping up which made it really loud when opening. The tech was very informative and courteous solved all the problems and replaced the key pad which has been an issue since it was installed by another company. it was suppose to be a hurricane door instead they put metal on existing door so when it goes up water comes through. Also put a battery in the lift master so with power off it still works allowing outsiders to get in. don't forget most doors there are only six or seven codes to hack in. also had a third member not in uniform arrive. took down shelve i could go on and on. thank buddha my son's lawyers are two to the left of your headquarters in titusville.

Dear Mr. Morton, you placed an order for a new garage door with us April 30, 2020. On May 26, 2020 we installed a complete, brand-new DAB Hurricane Master garage door and it is one of the strongest doors on the market. Two weeks later, our Field Manager met with your son to address his concerns of the door’s rigidity. At that time, he was reassured of the strength of the door and satisfied with his explanations. In addition, the door was inspected by the building department and received a passing grade for being installed per the engineers’ drawings. The Liftmaster garage door opener we installed does indeed have a back up battery. In case of emergencies, you can use your opener to get your vehicles out when your home loses power. The opener operates on Liftmaster’s 2.0 Security+ and has a continuous rolling code to keep hackers out of your garage. We are regretful one of the installers did not have on a Precision shirt, that should not have happened. We are truly sorry for any reasons that lead you to believe we did not do our job. I hope this response changes your position. As always, please feel free to contact the local office if you have anything further you wish to discuss.

We are newer to that area and our neighbor recommended you and actually set the appointment up for us for the same day as her service call. We were very happy with the service and the technician even explained how to work some of the features that we were unaware of. This was strictly for a yearly maintenance nothing was repaired or purchased.

Broken spring on 6-7 year old door. I've reached the phase of life when I head straight to expertise, and reputation. Precision has been established, and I know they will be here as long as I need them. Technician was experienced and had it perfectly balanced on first "spring set". I called for service on my garage door as it was noisy and jerky in motion. A very professional tech arrived same day, listened to my problem and troubleshot the issue. He had the necessary parts in his service vehicle and performed the work on the same day! It was apparent to me that he knew exactly what he was doing and my garage door now sounds and operates like new. He cleaned up after his work and left no trash at my house. I was very impressed with Precision company and would highly recommend them.

Bryan had the new springs and garage door opener in the truck and the install subsequently went quicker than I expected. Also provided a remote, key pad, and programmed the console in my jeep.
