This evening I had an issue with my garage door which included a broken carriage bolt and track issues which kept my garage door from closing fully. I contacted Precision and they gave me an emergency appointment. A technician named Mickey Carter came out and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Mickey was very kind and very professional. A definite asset to Precision Garage Door Company. Great business and great people who take excellent care of their customers.

Scheduled the appointment in late evening and got next day service. Very low service call fee which was the selling point for me and was credited on the final bill. Technician was great and laid out all my options. Extremely happy with the work done and my new garage door opener. Look no further, these guys are great.

Precision installed our door openers in 2016. Fast forward to 2023, the backup battery is completely drained. We contacted Precision and was able to get a service appointment very quickly. Before the service, we received an email with the picture of the technician who would be coming to our home. I definitely felt more secure with that! The technician replaced the battery and performed a multi point inspection on the door. A problem with the spring was diagnosed (a typical age problem) and the technician fixed the spring. The fees were reasonable for the work performed and they had the backup battery that we needed for our unit.

Rob did a great job repairing my garage door opener. I greatly appreciated the time he took to educate me on ways to keep my door and opener operating efficiently and safely. He certainly covered all the basses. I have been a customer since 2008 and have never been disappointed with any service. I have recommended and will continue to highly recommend Paridise Garage Door Services to family and friends.

I don;'t understand the reason for a 20.00 surcharge if bill is more than 100.00?
